Just a few steps from the center of Sol main square. Awesome location
the shower is small and underequiped. only one little trash can.
Noise, rude staff, and the fact they we did not get what we booked and staff was rude when we inquired about switching room. This hotel is on a very noisy street with lots of working girls.
Fully varied breakfast. Very good.
location shopping around breakfast comfortable beds wifi connection
no kettle and glasses cold in January noisy
The location is the best thing in this Hotel. You're like 1 minute or less from Puerta del Sol and also Gran Via (and this two metro stations). You can visit the most important things in the city walking from the hotel. The room is not very big but you are going to visit the city, right? The staff is very nice, always there to help you. The breakfast could be a little bit better, there's not lots of variety, but they have natural (and very good) orange juice. I am going come back to this Hotel in my next trip to Madrid, for sure.
Enjoyed everything about the place e staff was great.
Although the bed should be retired, the body pillows made all the difference - super comfortable! The glass enclosed balcony was also a special treat. Not all rooms have one, so be sure to ask for one that does. And, the receptionist was superb. I did not get her name, but I think she is Dutch and speaks fluent Spanish and English. She is excellent at her job - friendly, welcoming, competent, professional, helpful, graceful, focused, wonderful sense of humor. She stands out from the other front desk staff and made our 5 day stay most enjoyable. Also, the wifi in our room was really great.
Location in the center Welcome at check-in Breakfast
Location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and spoke English which was a bonus. Very comfortable rooms with all that was needed.
Requested early check in and late check out which wasn't even acknowleged. Noisy at night, but this is not the hotels fault.
Super location Friendly and most helpful staff Very comfortable Quiet Room Special requests facilitated
Breakfast Convenient Location
great location and opened 24 hours.
Nothing bad really, just nothing amazing for the price I paid. It was a decent hotel in a really centric part of Madrid
Bath were excellent, good comfortable beds, clean and we'll appointed rooms.
We where on a first floor with balcony, which was very nice, however at times you could hear distant voices from the street.
Great location in the city centre, very convenient to metro, bars and restaurants.
Noisy at nights
Location is great 5 mins walk from centre of sol and sol train station And 2 min walk grand via station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic and gettin a shower was a bit cramped. But nothin to complain about.
Very friendly staff and cooperative Nice breakfast Cleanness Hotel position excellent
very late replacement of towersو bed sheet and cosmetics
Hotel close to main areas of city. Rooms clean. Breakfast ok .
Can be noisy at night as on very busy street. Bedrooms on 4th floor have small windows and unable to see out of them as positioned very high above the bed.
Room was very small
Great central position
A bit too noisy, but all central hotels in city's are noisy.
Female day time staff members were very helpful. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Location was very good. Overall, this hotel is all right. Keep your expectations low.
Room was small. Bathroom sink was extremely small. Bathroom reminded me of one found on a cruise ship. Not a lot of room for your belongings.
Excellent location and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Our room was quiet but some of the others were not. Check it out before you come.
Beware of the triple rooms- get all the information in advance of the booking- the third bed. There are different layouts of the triple rooms. In our case the third bed was very basic and uncomfortable - we ended up ordering an extra room for our adolescent grandson as he could not have survived a night on that bed.
Staff friendly and helpful
Noisy location - very busy street outside
Check in is pretty late. If you get rooms to the street, you might hear the noise from the people
The lobby is very average, but our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Nice it was included. I asked for a quiet room and it was! Barbara and Sandra were so helpful. Also great wifi. Really good location.
Doesn't have great curb appeal and lobby isn't anything special.
location and staff.
very noisy on Saturday night, other nights ok..
