Breakfast Convenient Location
great location and opened 24 hours.
Nothing bad really, just nothing amazing for the price I paid. It was a decent hotel in a really centric part of Madrid
Bath were excellent, good comfortable beds, clean and we'll appointed rooms.
We where on a first floor with balcony, which was very nice, however at times you could hear distant voices from the street.
Great location in the city centre, very convenient to metro, bars and restaurants.
Noisy at nights
Location is great 5 mins walk from centre of sol and sol train station And 2 min walk grand via station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic and gettin a shower was a bit cramped. But nothin to complain about.
Very friendly staff and cooperative Nice breakfast Cleanness Hotel position excellent
very late replacement of towersو bed sheet and cosmetics
Hotel close to main areas of city. Rooms clean. Breakfast ok .
Can be noisy at night as on very busy street. Bedrooms on 4th floor have small windows and unable to see out of them as positioned very high above the bed.
Room was very small
Great central position
A bit too noisy, but all central hotels in city's are noisy.
Female day time staff members were very helpful. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Location was very good. Overall, this hotel is all right. Keep your expectations low.
Room was small. Bathroom sink was extremely small. Bathroom reminded me of one found on a cruise ship. Not a lot of room for your belongings.
Excellent location and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Our room was quiet but some of the others were not. Check it out before you come.
Beware of the triple rooms- get all the information in advance of the booking- the third bed. There are different layouts of the triple rooms. In our case the third bed was very basic and uncomfortable - we ended up ordering an extra room for our adolescent grandson as he could not have survived a night on that bed.
Staff friendly and helpful
Noisy location - very busy street outside
Check in is pretty late. If you get rooms to the street, you might hear the noise from the people
The lobby is very average, but our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Nice it was included. I asked for a quiet room and it was! Barbara and Sandra were so helpful. Also great wifi. Really good location.
Doesn't have great curb appeal and lobby isn't anything special.
location and staff.
very noisy on Saturday night, other nights ok..
The room was excellent Good price Location
poor selection, and almost nothing close to the closing hour
4th floor rooms have a slanted roof. Be careful you don't hit your head.
Pure breakfast maybe
The hotel is a 10 min walk to the Prado and to the palace. Wifi and air conditioning worked great and the receptionist was wonderful.
The restaurant was horrible DO NOT EAT THERE. The noise from the street was very loud I had to sleep with headphones and I could still hear the street noise.
location close to the metro very close to the city
the usual city noise breakfast starts at 7:30am
Very helpful, multi-lingual staff and of course the location very central-- less than 5minutes' walk to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and their Metros. The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms; wifi in the room and a common room with a computer with a printer, useful for printing online epasses; and for shoppers travelling by air, a weighing scale to check your allowable baggage allowance.
Pricey breakfast, breads and pastries could have been more fresh.
The location is at the heart of Madrid, so you don't need public transport to get to the most popular places of attraction. The staff was polite, spoke English well, helped us to orientate ourselves in the location, and advised us the best wat to get to the railway station aftter check-out.
Bad sound proofing, so you can hear what is happening in the room number and in the corridor. The jalousie was broken so it was impossible to open it and see the sunshine. Maybe it was made on purpose; the view from the window was only to another windows not far from our ('square' type of building).
Friendly. Helpful staff and perfect location
A lot of outside noise at night
