Wifi does not work one day. There was no wifi signal in our room, only in the hall. It was cold.
The room (for 3 people) was rather big and had comfortable beds with good blankets and bed linens - nothing to complain, if you are staying for one day
There was no wifi (3rd floor) and the furniture was a bit worn out
Pleasant room with a small tv, a sink and cupboard. No problems with wifi. Good location, very close to the sights.
The walls were thin and the Spanish are loud. The private bathroom was across the hall, alright but not what we expected when it was booked.
The location is good
A bit narrow place....
Great location - lots of bars around. 10 minutes walking from Alhambra.
Very small room. You need to pay for parking but it is rather unavoidable in Granada.
Lovely staff, great location, gave us maps, explained what the best things to see were and how to get there, comfy beds (could do with an extra pillow, but that's just me! And the duvet and mattress were great, sheets fresh and clean).
Only one toilet/shower for two floors, although clearly some rooms had en suites since I never had to wait to use it, except when my partner was in there! The shower was really tiny, but clean and functional. No handwash/soap in bathroom, although it was provided by the bedroom's sink. Was pleasantly surprised by the little TV in our room, but the signal wasn't great.
friendly and helpful staff easy access
room was a little tight more light for reading
Good location, friendly staff.
We found some hair on the bed. It might be that the sheets were not changed after the last guests.
Good central location Very helpful staff Very clean rooms Comfortable beds Balcony
Rooms quite compact but adequate Some noise from street but can be shut out with shutters
we arrived very late, and they were waiting for us, they upgrade us for free too. the room is basic but the bed really comfy.
It was really hot, no air conditioner in the room
Hostel was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Localization was ok, nearby Marocan street and old town. There was an elevator.
WiFi connection was only on staircase on the 3th floor.
The stree is very busy all the time.
Personal is very kind and friendly. Shower is very nice. Silent at night and you can slee with balconny door open and have fresh air. Each of us got our names written in Arabic as goodbye souvenir.
The staff were really good. They guided us through the whole city with how to get around all the attractions. They were always available to help us out. Private rooms for the price is always a plus The location was great because we were close to the train station, and the bus to get to the airport was right by the hostal. Main attractions were very close by as well It was very clean but...
It was quite noisy since it's located on Gran Via, one of Granada busiest streets (car wise) The rooms were small. No air conditioning Wi-fi was very weak
Fabulously central, with staff advising on particularly interesting sights and amazing tapas bars! As hotel is on main thoroughfare, some noise cannot be avoided in rooms, but hotel has put in double glazing. Beautiful balconies!
We stayed there 2 nights and all the staff we came across were really kind and helpful. The room we stayed was decorated simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from many attractions and nice places to eat without tourist-prices.
Since it is on a main street, it gets noisy sometimes.
Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help us Great value for money Very very clean I would really recommend if you want something nice and are travelling on a budget.
super friendly staff with very useful recommendations (what to visit and how),you feel very welcomed there! very cute and clean room with balcony, and present touch of orient we loved!
although location is very good, it is situated in the main street quite busy with traffic (both people and cars) all night long, so if you are not a hard sleeper it can be an issue
Staff were very friendly, location is excellent. There is a cafe around the corner for breakfast. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. You cannot beat this place for value for money whilst in Granada.
very noisy at night
Large clean room good location ask for a vip room opens on to large patio the staff at the reception very helpful had a great stay.
Location is perfect and staff really kind.
The building is old...
Nice building of the hotel. Staff very friendly.
Rooms are very small, no place for your suitcase! we have had very big bathroom - adjusted for wheelchair, but no way wheelchair would made it through the room! windows can not be properly closed so noise from the street very annoying.
Good location. Lovely people. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
Furniture a little bit dated but perfectly adequate.
