It was a clean comfortable hotel that had an upscale feeling to it. The staff was very accommodating to us.

Nothing.

It's a very nice hotel. There is a parking lot (for 12 Euro per day). It's close to the entrance of Santa Cruz and to 2-3 shopping centers.

One mattress of the bed was sunk, and it was not replaced.

Almost everything, location, design, helpful stuff, rooms, value for money. We recommend the hotel.

Breakfast can be a bit more varied. TV small from 80ties ... it's really strange how so nice hotel what could of be 5 stars, has such a TV! View from the window. Poor gym.

expensive but it is in the heart of the city the hotel car parking is a nightmare to get to and there is no where to park on the street as it is always full

The staff were fine and there's a jacuzzi and steam room on the top floor along with a gym.

For the cost there are nicer hotels with bigger and nicer rooms in Santa Cruz.

The hotel is well localised with shoppings around which made my life easy when going for a meal. Also it provides easy access to one of the beaches in Santa Cruz (Las Teresitas, 10 min by bus) Also the hotel has a mini fitness centre with basic instruments and an area with jacuzzi and sauna. Very quite are for those who likes to sleep and the breakfast has diverse types of selections to satisfy different types of taste Hotel allows free wifi internet which was indispensable for a business traveler

Both free and paid wifi internet are not of a good quality presenting considerable slowness. The main difference from the paid and free one is the services provides with each one (the free one allows only internet/HTTP access, if you which access to mail/FTP then you have to pay) The internet is fairly slow however is good for a basic internet needs such as read news, check your updates in social networks, etc., however it requires a bit of patience once it might be slow

The location is excellent with regard to the bus station Intercabiador, department store Corte Ingles and the concert house Tenerife Auditorium.

We had been promised a promotional wine bottle but that was not recorded at the reception. We did receive it after 3 pm after pointing it out in the confirmation. In the room there was not, however, a corkscrew! The room had curtains drawn in front of the windows so that it was completely dark as we entered the room, which was not very welcoming. The room was good after the first impression.

For a business class hotel with customary facilities it is fine but the location in the banking/commercial area does not lend itself to leisure activity,situated well outside the old town and restaurant facilities.Whilst there is a reasonable choice of dishes for breakfast this would be immeasurably improved if what was intended to be warm/hot was actually so.

Location.

The location - noisy. Tv - ok if you are Spanish, French or German. They made no effort to fix any of the English speaking channels. Breakfast - far too dear at €16.30. Better value in main shopping area.

Breakfast was exellent. The hotel is located near the ocean (~15 min walking) and to the large shopping center, so it was very nice to go for a walk in the area.

A little trick about "free" wi-fi without possibility to use skype/email?! Come on guys!
