food was great, hotel staff very nice Cleaning of the rooms is the bigest minus for that hotel, for that value of money and quality (4 star) the room cleaning should be perfect! We stayed there 7 days, nobody was cleaning table and chairs on the balcony, dirty glasses was just put under water and left wet and dirty with fingerprints on table by a cleaning staff, if you want to sit near the swimming pool you have to be there at 9 am !! |

Most pleasent and helpful reception staff. Relaxed athmosphere. Excellent dining room service staff and food selection. One observation was that the foyer area with bar included was too open, suggest more divisional seating areas without full view of entrance doors, when one having drinks. Also recommend a small room dedicated to card tables, this would encourage more players to group with other residents to play cards. Present few tables are included in the large foyer/reception area. |

The air conditioning in the room did not cool the room at all. It was cooler to open the doors. I reported this but to no avail. |

La pulizia e l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dell'intero staff. L'Hotel è molto bello e silenzioso, i servizi sono veramente molto buoni. Il ristorante a buffet è ben assoritio. Piscina e servizi ottimi. La palestra dell'hotel è un po' carente. |

La cercanía a la playa. La limpieza de las instalaciones. Los dos días tocaron en la puerta, antes de las 10:00 de la mañana. Que no haya opción de pensión completa. Si quieres almorzar en el hotel, tienes que hacerlo con cargo aparte en el bar de la piscina. |
