Acta Atrium Palace  

The location was good both for business and leisure. Rooms were clean and the building was well maintained.

I had a room facing the atrium and another building that looked quite forlorn and was just some meters away. The curtains had to be closed all the time, so there was no daylight at all. It was like living in a closet. The bed was hard as stone, and the "pool" was a joke.

Nice, modern rooms. Great staff, bery helpful and knowledgeable of the city. Best location, walking distance to all major city attractions and very close to subway station

The location is perfect. On the Gran Via, two minutes walk to the Piaza Catalunia but quiet enough to allow a good night's sleep. The facilities are very good and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is very satisfactory and you can choose on the spot if you prefer a buffet breakfast or just coffee and croissant or the like. The price is good. All in all good value for your money. We had a very pleasant stay.

Some of the staff at the resaurant could speak Spanish only. The room gets cleaned very late in the afternoon.

Location was great staff were adequate, friendly when approached. Pool was decent enough balcony was of a decent size safe was easy to use room was a good size bed comfortable

The room wasn't cleaned daily, we didn't expect towels and bedding to be replaced daily however the bathroom and room should, we feel, have been cleaned on a daily basis. when the room was cleaned, shower gel and shampoo wasn't replaced. a pillow case wasn't replaced. there are hotels in barcelona that offer these facilities for cheeper rates

Room cleanliness.

There was a window but it looked towards a light shaft! This was not mentioned in the hotel information. If we new this, haven`t we choosen this hotel!

The hotel was well run; it was clean and efficient. The staff were helpful. The beakfasts were excellent.

perfect for everything very central would definetly stay again and recommend it to my friends staff were very friendly and helpful especially damien behind the bar the rooms were great the food was excellent breakfast was fab ,, overall a fabulous stay and value for money

the only minus point was the school at the back of the hotel i think it must have been a sports academy because every evening all different types of sport were played and then it was alittle noisy but you dont live in your hotel room do you ....

Great location, spacious and clean rooms. From warm welcome on arrival to check-out, our whole experience was faultless. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely return.

Acta had excellent staff and were very helpful.

The hotel was extremely noisy due to facing a school (room 508 - avoid) and too hot, when we consulted the reception they said they were aware but were unable to change the temperature. It was approx 28 degrees in the room so could not get ready comfortably. There was no real atmosphere in the hotel, although a bar/coffee shop was attached it was empty and uninviting. We did not use the restaurant facilities.

Location to city centre

The pool was rather small but enough for a dip and relax when on just a weekend break.
