Only reason is it closes to exhibition hall, otherwise it is too far away from town and lacking food choices no matter inside or outside the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel now 3 times with my children, they love it for the swimming pool, the games room and the dinner buffet. Its a nice big hotelwith friendly helpful reception staff who speak good English. They upgraded me from a double to a triple room free of charge when I mistakenly booked the wrong room. Dinner buffet does not cater well for vegetarians.

We needed to stop overnight in Madrid between flights on our return journey We had previously stayed in this hotel on our outbound route when the airline had had to accomodate us overnight due to aircraft malfunction We liked the hotel, the staff and the convenience to the airport

The location is just near the airport, its easy to get there with car or with the hotels shuttel bus. Room is big and clear. The lobby is so big and there are some exhibitions, make fun. No view at all, the whole building is too serious. Staff is too busy, so that the service not so good.

Love the dinner and breakfast buffets. Don't care for the new flooring in the bedroooms. We preferred the carpets, which have a much cozier atmosphere, and feel much better on your feet. Also, we liked the scooped ice cream instead of the pre-packaged kind which is offered in the buffet dessert line.

Proximity to the location for my meeting Decor and size of my room I used the gym facilities for the first time - the gym is not particularly well equipped and it opens too late in the morning - I tried to get access at 6.30 The hotel is large so you have to walk a long way to get anywhere - good when the gym is closed! Staff in the bar could have been more 'smiley' and the service was not particularly attentive - I sat for 15mins before being asked for an order Standard of food quality in the restaurent let the evening meal down

Very nice and modern hotel close to the bus metro lines. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool was very nice and warm enough to swim in even in late October. If we ever go back to Madrid we would definitely consider staying there again. The staff was outstanding and very helpful even for a couple of english speaking guests. We were very unfortunate to get a room below the tennis courts and the motel let people use them late. The players could be heard yelling from the floor above and it sounded like a heard of elephants stampeding on our ceiling. I called reception/the manager seveal times asking to get them to quit but it was still almost 11:00 pm before they stopped. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise and I was very disappointed that I got very slow response from the staff. Just my opinion but if they want to continue to be a top notch buisiness traveler hotel they should set the same quiet hours for the tennis as they do for the pool (2100) for people that need their sleep so they can get up the next morning for meetings.

Close to the airport. Rooms are clean and quite large. Really rude and unhelpful staff. Tried to make us pay more than we were supposed to. Please check your bills twice! After an hour that we spent at the reception, they admitted their mistake but gave us the room at the far end of the hotel, with the view on the factory which starts working at 6 am. Forgot to say that we were with a 2-year old toddler. P.S. since the hotel is enormous, ask for the rooms close to the entrance.

The hotel is spacious and large The location of the hotel is quite a distance from the city centre with taxi's costing approximately 20euros or a 1.60euro 15-min bus ride into Avenida de America for the metro. There is absolutely nothing nearby the hotel in terms of amenities, however the hotel has one or two restaurants which I hadn't tried.

liked the size of the room. the atmosphere and look of the hotel. very big hotel with good value for money. free water bottles and toiletries was a good addition to our experince. the shuttle service is good and we were able to take the shuttle back to the airport to get on the metro to go downtown Madrid. thanks to the suggestion made by the receptionist. the location. it's in the middle of the nowhere. you need to wait for the transportation in order to go to the city to get food etc. it is not that closer to the airport.

Very clean and comfortable. The frequency of airport shuttle services was too low for peak times and too small of a bus was used during that time for way too many people.

Inexpensive and close to airport. Room was clean except for crib. Older, dated hotel. No places nearby to eat and food at hotel is expensive/not good. We requested a crib and were given an old drop down side metal crib (dangerous). Crib was filthy.. Slow shuttle service to airport.

The rooms were well appointed, and despite the location near the airport very quiet. It is a transient hotel, very large and catering to bus loads of tourists. This results often in the mass of humanity in the lobby and in the lounges. But if you are self sufficient, don't count on the hotel shuttle and all you need is proximity to the airport this hotel will serve your purpose. Because of the large crowds of people being served the reception staff is usually very pushed and as a result not at all helpful with questions or directions. We got some very bad directions on leaving the hotel. Also, if you take the shuttle beware of the very rude bus driver. One of my companions left on the 5 am bus and he drove to the first terminal and then straight back to the hotel with her still on the bus, indifferent to the fact that she needed terminal 4 which he had omitted from that morning's route. No explanation. When we took the bus he slammed the door in a kid's face saying "complete" when there was still room. On arrival he refused to identify which airlines were in which terminals and there were no signs. It was mass confusion especially for foreign tourists. He just sat in his seat waiting for the group to sort it all out. I believe many got off at the wrong terminal. It appeared to be very deliberate on his part. If you use this service be sure to research the location of your airline prior to the shuttle trip. You'll get no help from the driver.
