The event that took place there.

While we were away for 2 hours (between 5 and 7pm) to attend an event
that was taking place there, we had to call the police as we were robbed
in our room: credit cards, identity cards, money, camera, mobile, books,
sunglasses,etc. The staff (with 1 exception - the security guy) didnt
help at all. They didnt even ask if we needed something, like... Let´s
say: water? A sandwich?

Huge rooms, great service to and from Airport, very clean, very nice,
very well serviced hotel

It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. Everything must
either be purchased at the hotel at very, very high prices or must
travel a great distance to Madrid proper to get.

Room very good. Airport shuttle facility very good. Fitness Room & Pool.

It is a very large hotel, located in an industrial area on the side of a main motorway. The airport shuttle bus works well. But the local buses operate just outside the hotel door or over the bridge into town. They are cheap and frequent.

Main restaurant menu was limited. A 500 ml. bottle of water in the room is € 3.00. Very steep as you don't drink the tap water. Taxi's are expensive due to no direct routes to the hotel.

Very clean, spacious and modern

Bed was too firm for my back, but I have just had back surgery so my case is not the norm. I would have liked an airport shuttle earlier then 5.00 a.m. I had to pay $25 for a taxi for my 6.20 a.m flight. However, I appreciate that 4.00 a.m is a little early for most hotels.

The bedroom was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

We were staying over night with two children having driven over 7hrs from the costa del sol. The 26Euro buffet meal even for a 10year old was very expesinve for what it was. Once still we were forced to share quite a small dinner table with 3 other adults which put my children off their food. This is a lrage hotel and lots of other empty tables! My family refused to have breakfast there as they did wish to repeat the experience. We therefore had to wait until we got to the airport at 11:40 am to have a drink as there were even no coffee making facilities in the room. The staff in the restaurant spoke very little English and we found it hard to communicate. That a Latin America bound flight had been delayed and travellers put up in the hotel and we were forced to share the same table with others.
This is a large and soulless hotel only suitable for coorporate functions.

Los baños de las habitaciones sdaptadas, pueden mejorarse bastante.
