I was pleased with the experience as a whole. I especially appreciated the staff's attention - they work hard to make sure that every customer is satisfied. There were only two things that I wasn't a fan of. The interior decoration was simply appalling, not modern at all and way too... golden. But that's a matter of taste. The other thing was the food: frozen and packaged goods, cold food and poorly prepared. The price charged for dinner is 25 EUR - expensive in any scenario; much too expensive for tasteless food.

We picked up and returned our rental car there. There was a shuttle to the airport. It is a huge hotel, but works for what we needed. Some details were missing, just one water glass in bathroom, clean towels tossed, not stacked tidely. Neighboorhood is totally industrial.

The location is just near the airport, its easy to get there with car or with the hotels shuttel bus. Room is big and clear. The lobby is so big and there are some exhibitions, make fun. No view at all, the whole building is too serious. Staff is too busy, so that the service not so good.

Only reason is it closes to exhibition hall, otherwise it is too far away from town and lacking food choices no matter inside or outside the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel now 3 times with my children, they love it for the swimming pool, the games room and the dinner buffet. Its a nice big hotelwith friendly helpful reception staff who speak good English. They upgraded me from a double to a triple room free of charge when I mistakenly booked the wrong room. Dinner buffet does not cater well for vegetarians.

Love the dinner and breakfast buffets. Don't care for the new flooring in the bedroooms. We preferred the carpets, which have a much cozier atmosphere, and feel much better on your feet. Also, we liked the scooped ice cream instead of the pre-packaged kind which is offered in the buffet dessert line.

Very nice and modern hotel close to the bus metro lines. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool was very nice and warm enough to swim in even in late October. If we ever go back to Madrid we would definitely consider staying there again. The staff was outstanding and very helpful even for a couple of english speaking guests. We were very unfortunate to get a room below the tennis courts and the motel let people use them late. The players could be heard yelling from the floor above and it sounded like a heard of elephants stampeding on our ceiling. I called reception/the manager seveal times asking to get them to quit but it was still almost 11:00 pm before they stopped. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise and I was very disappointed that I got very slow response from the staff. Just my opinion but if they want to continue to be a top notch buisiness traveler hotel they should set the same quiet hours for the tennis as they do for the pool (2100) for people that need their sleep so they can get up the next morning for meetings.

liked the size of the room. the atmosphere and look of the hotel. very big hotel with good value for money. free water bottles and toiletries was a good addition to our experince. the shuttle service is good and we were able to take the shuttle back to the airport to get on the metro to go downtown Madrid. thanks to the suggestion made by the receptionist. the location. it's in the middle of the nowhere. you need to wait for the transportation in order to go to the city to get food etc. it is not that closer to the airport.

Localization and shuttle service. Dinner bouffet is terrible for the price, it's better to walk 5 minutes and have the meal in the near by restaurants. Only the red wine is ok ....

The rooms were well appointed, and despite the location near the airport very quiet. It is a transient hotel, very large and catering to bus loads of tourists. This results often in the mass of humanity in the lobby and in the lounges. But if you are self sufficient, don't count on the hotel shuttle and all you need is proximity to the airport this hotel will serve your purpose. Because of the large crowds of people being served the reception staff is usually very pushed and as a result not at all helpful with questions or directions. We got some very bad directions on leaving the hotel. Also, if you take the shuttle beware of the very rude bus driver. One of my companions left on the 5 am bus and he drove to the first terminal and then straight back to the hotel with her still on the bus, indifferent to the fact that she needed terminal 4 which he had omitted from that morning's route. No explanation. When we took the bus he slammed the door in a kid's face saying "complete" when there was still room. On arrival he refused to identify which airlines were in which terminals and there were no signs. It was mass confusion especially for foreign tourists. He just sat in his seat waiting for the group to sort it all out. I believe many got off at the wrong terminal. It appeared to be very deliberate on his part. If you use this service be sure to research the location of your airline prior to the shuttle trip. You'll get no help from the driver.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a game room for the kids and a business center with internet access. However, they did have a very nice pool area and the rooms were very clean. The price of the hotel was reasonable. However, breakfast was not included and for three people cost almost as much as the room did. While the food was certainly good, you can get just as good for much much less elsewhere. Also, the beds were not very comfortable - at least not by U.S. standards (way too firm). Could not get a good night's sleep (felt like I was sleeping on a bench). Very disappointing.

It needs a coffee shop or equivalent so that guests can have for example a light evening meal. The restaurant does not open until 20:00!

This is a large hotel/conference center built in 2003, 4 star. Clean, quiet, larger than average rooms. My 18 year old son and I stayed here on a layover. Shuttle prompt. Amenities (pool, tennis court). If I had small children it would have been a place for them to run around indoors, play in pool. We didn't go into the city but for what we needed it was very good. Food was expensive in the hotel and nowhere near by to eat.

Stayed at this hotel twice now with my two young children, they love the hotel, especially the pool and the games room. The buffet is pretty good but can be expensive for a family. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and plenty of buses which will take you to a nearby metro link. Pool is good but on my last visit was pretty dirty as filter system didn't seem to be switched on. There is a free shuttle service which will take you to the airport however the bus was full when I needed it and I had to use a taxi (which is about 20 euros).

Su ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto, su servicio de transbordador hacia el aeropuerto y su precio. Pensar a rehabilitar la alfombra de los `pasiillo y el cable de la ducha.

“This hotel had very modern decor. It was spotless, both in the public areas and in the room. Everything was as I expected from a hotel. The front desk staff spoke English and were anxious to help me with my shuttle to and from the airport. They are located about 10-15 min from the airport and the shuttle driver was very capable. They knew exactly where to drop me off so that I had as little hassle in the airport terminal as possible. The housekeeping attendant came to my room about 8:00 with chocolates and the offer to turn down my bed. Wow, chocolates and delivered personally, hard to beat that.” Rosemarie, Clearwater |
