Staff are professional, competent and friendly/helpful. Proximity to beach. Value for money.

Towel quality could be improved. Ladies hairdresser needed on site as hairdresser across the road is extremely expensive.

Location long beach, food excellent!

there were good receptions from all staff, maid service excellent, position excellent.

food was very good for first 5 days, last 2 days not so good, and it was not labelled

I asked for a sea view but didn't get it, and they didn't claim to be full. Reception would not change it. The hotel is organised for children; there is adults lounge where you can read in peace.

Th food was excellent, plenty of choice.

Entertainment was directly below our room and though our floor well insulated was still noisy. .

The entertainment in this hotel is next to none.It's like going to a relatives wedding!

Good food excellent value for money 40 mins walk to cambrills centre and 15 mins to salou Nice hotel on beach better than some 4 star hotels that I have stayed in Had a late check out only 20 euros would stay again

Location Wonderful - right on the beach front which was clean and quiet. Kids Club was excellent, nightly entertainment too. Buffet was wonderful, high quality of food and excellent variation.

We arrived early to the hotel and were able to leave bags and go for a wonder, we returned an hour later and managed to check, the check in itself was very fast and freindly. The room was very clean and homely. The bathroom was very good and the shower was perfect. The view from the balcony was ace too. The food for both breakfast and evening meal was fantastic, with a serious choice, the food changed daily too. The bar and entertainment was very good too. The swimming pool in chlorine free, very cold so very refreshing. The beach is literally 2 seconds away, which was great. The hotel in nice, well maintained, all staff are totally fab and we will difinitly be returning, and would recommend it to anyone!

This hotel is very popular with Spanish people,so it means good quality of everything,food,service,clean,good value for money.I want to come back in the spring.

my wife and myself stayed at the agustus from 14th to 19th oct ,firstly the location was perfect, out the back a beautiful beach and out the front shops bars and resturants, the pool was excellent ,entertainment was good,we stayed full board the food was good the deserts were not great ,the staff at reception were excellent,we certainly will be back to this hotel.

Value for money. Right next to the sea. Nice area of Spain, Cambrils in particular being a very attractive small town. Excellent choice of food at meal times.

i found the staff very friendly,i am coeliac,and i found the restaurant staff very helpful there was fresh gluten free bread rolls.

hotel 1. its not 4*, 3* max 2. hotel needs renovation, 100% 3. not so many staff speaks english 4. high price, also additional money for everything: fridge, safe etc 5. very dirty dishes in the restaurant 6. its not a juice and coffee in the morning 7. awful service in the bar

Inexpensive drinks

Room was unclean when we arrived.......human hair in bath etc. Location.....the advertise as Cambrils, they are almost in Salou. More three star than four. There are no sun-shades around the pool and the staff do not discourage people putting towels on loungers at silly times in the morning. A charge of E1.20 a day to use the refrigerator in the room

The room was old, it wasn't renovated for a long time, the furniture was old too. It was necessary to pay for all extras: WiFi, safebox, even to open a minibar you had to pay for a key. We've got a room with a small balсony at the street side and because of animation at the hotel across the street it was very loud. Terrible breakfast where even coffee was instant with a kind of chemical taste
