Avant Torrejon    

Clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities, including wi-fi. Helpful, friendly staff, the shuttle from the airport and very good secure parking.

Location is not great, as it is in the middle of an industrial estate and there is nothing within walking distance, however, we knew this in advance and so it wasn't a problem for us.

Very clean hotel, breakfast excellent,staff very efficient and very professional, very good price and the location was very easy to find with Sat Nav. Shuttle bus was excellent. All in all 10 out of 10, will certainly use next time.

The bed was too firm for myself but my partner said it was fine for him. I think it would be a good idea to have a mattress topper available for clients that require a soft bed.

We were located in 4 star part (as 3 star was closed) with no additional cost. Room was prepared with baby bed. Underground garage place in price.

parking, overall service, clean and well maintained rooms, good beds, modern facilities, location is good if you have a car, always enough food at breakfast.

breakfast eggs and bacon were under cooked, otherwise it was good and didn't run out items.

I arrived at the front door of the hotel(Avenue des estaciones) at 11pm. The door was locked and noboby was there. There were two paper signs on the glass door both in Spanish but I did not understand a word. Just before I was preparing to leave, a car went down to a slope apparently an underground garage. I could not follow him and he entered inside before I could go there. Assuming the entrance was there we drove to the garage door but we could not open the garage door. Then I went mad and began to honk fiercely so that somebody could hear us. A steel door next to the garage door opened and a very nice young man came out. He could speak English and he led us to the main entrance of the hotel which was on the side street about 60-70m fom the entrance given as the address of the hotel. This was very disappointing after 6 hours of driving. If one of the signs was in English I would be able to understand and not get upset.

It's not so far from the Barajas Airport and the shuttle service was punctual, perfect to stay when you are in a long fligh conexion.

Wish the shuttle was every half hour instead of every hour.

It is not close to the airport. It is mote expensive to get there then to stay there. There is nothing around the hotel to do and It is very much solitude.

Shuttle bus is only hourly - the one we wanted was full, had to wait an hour for the next one. Room allocated was miles from reception (why is it that romms booked through price-comparison websited are always the smallest, furthest or next to the lift?) When we got to the romm - no towels or toiletries and the single armchair (twin room!) and the single desk chair were stained with paint from the newly- painted ceiling. No minibar or fridge. AC not working - upon asking reception for the maintenance man to fix it, was informed that 'summer's over, the ACs are on 'heating' now'. If I'm paying for the room I should decide whether I want a cool or warm room not the manager's calendar. Unable to leave window open due to proximity to airport. No carpets - just got to sleep when woman next door stomped round her room in high heels - no sleep for a further three hours! Breakfast the worst we've seen for a long time - watery scrambled egg, bacon either burnt or raw, orange juice so watered down so as me orange in colour only, coffee cold and undrinkable. Shuttlebus late leaving.

far away from the city and IFEMA.

- Very far from city center, no taxi station, no bus, metro, no supermarket... Guests should call a taxi for going to the town center. - Information given by hotel staff is not clear.

there is nothing I didn't like except for the location which I knew wasn't great but close enough from the airport, the staff is welcoming especially in the morning at 5am which i find impressive! Thank you

Cheap, friendly, close to city, easy to tourist site.

Close to the airport and free shuttle service to the airpot.

It was in the middle of nowhere and the pictures I saw when booking were not the same. The room was okay but it wasnt the room at the advertising pictures.

All front desk staff are very friendly,the room is very clean and quiet. I did enjoy my stay at Avant Toorrejon and i will comeback to stay there again.

The address i had on reservation not valid on GPS,i have to call the hotel front desk to help me on the direction.

the Avant is new and modern. the shuttle service is great. However if you want to be in the city and see the city this is not your hotel.

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing surrounding tge hotel but warehouses. no restaurants!

The location of the hotel was not te greatest.

The Avant is a little out of the way in terms of proximity to downtown Madrid or, for that matter, to the airport, but they run a free shuttle to-from the airport and are very responsive. The rooms are decent sized and very well kept. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. You need to arrange for the shuttle in advance. If you leave it to the last minute they may not have room for you and you will have to wait for an extra hour or two.
