Close to the railway station. Clean and modern.

The WiFi was very poor in room allocated on fifth floor.

Internet connection problems at times. The staff was quick to respond to help fix the problem though.

I am having a difficult time understanding a charge of $149.50 on my visa in Euros on 4/30/13. When I received my hotel bill it did not show this credit anywhere an I was charged the full price for the every night. I do not speak Spanish fluently and am having a difficult time communicating with the staff in Sevilla. Please investigate this for me as I would like a detailed explanation.

Location, convenience, staff

Staff was excellent, helpful, considerate, friendly. The gym was good enough, and the pool was lovely. Towels at both the gym and pool were very nice, too.

No negatives here.

Nice, clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding. Big walk in shower cubicle, and marble tiled bathroom. Convienent location opposite the Santa Justa train station for Airport Shuttle Bus (less then 15mins journey to Airport). Easy to get to the old town - C1 and C2 bus right outside the hotel which takes about 15mins to St Sebestian Park.

Large room, bed and bathroom; location very close to Santa Justa Station; abundant breakfast with helpful staffs; overall very luxurious design.

The shower was fixed on the wall, this is a bit difficult when trying to bathe infants/small children.

Staff were friendly and helpful when we requested to change our room. Breakfast was very good and restaurant staff attentive. Quite and restful rooms. very close to railway station if traveling by train is a bonus (we were).

Outdoor pool not open due to early season!!

Although it was hot the pool was not available during my first visit...full on my return the next week.

I chose Ayre Hotel Seville because of its convenience to the railway station as I had to come and go from the train and it was most convenient. I know Seville and I walked into town but buses are right outside as is a local shopping area with El Cortes Ingles. Pleasant helpful staff .

Nothing... everyone was very helpful.

We arrived just after midnight from Granada, and being so close to the Santa Justa station made it convenient. Although it appeared to be some distance from the old centre of Seville it was still walkable to most of the attractions. The 32 or C1and C2 buses could get you to where you needed to go, but we walked. The airport bus stop was right opposite the hotel for our early departure to Barcelona. The breakfasts were extremely good, being plentiful and with a great variety. The room was always clean, and the bathroom was well supplied, including toothbrushes and razor.

We had requested a non smoking room, but were placed on the first floor, which was a smoking floor. Perhaps our late arrival, led to this. We were able to flush out the smokiness of our room, after the first night, but had to walk through a smoke odour from the lift to our room each day.

1) only the distance from city centre. anyway it was a decision we took to stay near the railway station as we used seville to travel to other towns nearby by train and rent a car

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The room was comfortable with a good bathroom including a long, if rather narrow, bathtub. The restaurant was surprisingly good value and open till 23:30. They even laid on a bus service for the April Fair through to 04:00. An excellent breakfast spread, including scrambled eggs to order, and very tasty coffee.

The room cleaners might have spent a bit more time rinsing the cleaning agent off the bath but that issue was easily resolved by spraying the sides of the bath with the shower. Otherwise utterly faultless.

Very comfortable room would have liked to have stayed a little longer, we only had one night. as we were catching a train to Cadiz next morning, perfect location for train. Thought breakfast was a bit pricey @15 euros each. so we crossed the road and ate in a local bar for less than 7 euros

The hotel as such, besides being comfortable, it's close to the railway station. Public transport from the airport stops right infront of it. Close to the centre, just 20 minutes walk and you're there! Breakfast is more than excellent.

The variance in the hotel rate for the last two nights. The rate almost doubles! I don't think I saw that in the brochure. Besides, I think coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be more than fine! I was amazed that English is not that easy to find!

Excellent staff. Arrived an hour ahead of check-in time but given room with no fuss. Very handy for train station and on the route of the airport bus. Many more eating options close to hand than at first appears to be the case.

Location was convenient to the train station and downtown (The C1 and C2 bus stops are right out the front). Breakfast was good, staff friendly and the rooms comfortable,

The hotel is across the street from the train station, making it very easy to catch an early morning train.

The rooms are a little outdated. Nothing wrong with them, just outdated style.
