员工很热情 酒店地址里las Ramblas非常近 离海边也不远 周边有很多可以逛的地方 酒店接待处的工作人员非常热情地给我们提供很多旅游信息

我们房间的wifi信号非常差上网一定要去酒店大堂 楼顶的spa浴池用是可以用但是没有热水 这非常荒谬

非常超值的酒店，40欧一晚房间比我想象的大，有免费wifi，机场坐大巴到市中心步行大概10分钟不到，- 去大部分景点都是步行，对面就有超市，走到La Rambla大街2-3分钟

Beds were some what hard and the bathroom had mold around the grout simple remedy spray with chlorine

Location is great. Very close to the sea. To La Rambla. Room is clean. The reception is quite helpful and polite.

Wifi is practically not working in the room. Just in the hall. Lots of rooms with the windows looking not to the streets but to the hall of the hotel. It is percepted like no window at all. But it is my personal perception. It was my first experience of such rooms)))

location was great. Just two minute walk from Las Ramblas and a 10 minute walk to plaza Catalunya. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Rooms and lobby were always very clean.

The bed was way too firm. Our bathroom had no tub so the shower would flood the bathroom due to poor drainage. That was just our room though.

I liked the hotel location very much as it is very close to barcelons's heart (ramblas and Catalonia square). We didn't pay a penny in transportation, and walked to reached everywhere.

No fresh air inside the rooms, which resulted to bad smells most of the time.

In fact all in the hotel. Very friendly staff! I am going to stay in the hotel ones more.

Lovely clean room, towels changed daily. The reception staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered at a hotel. The location could not have been better. Half way up Las Ramblas and a little away from the noise. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. We didn't take breakfast so can't comment on the food. I would definately stay there again. Always ask for a room with a window which we did so no problem.

Only a tiny thing, not dirty but the shower base could do with some attention as the discolouration doesn't look to good.

The location in the gothic quarter was amazing close to everything.The staff were so friendly and helpful especially David .

There was no window in the bedroom or bathroom which was very Claustrophobic. There was no tea/ coffee making facilities .The shower was nice nice size and powerful but dirt/ rust in the corners.We asked in the booking for a double bed but got twin beds with wheels on.

Pool on roof is a great hideaway! Great location for a city break for a young couple or a group of friends

Small bedrooms & the Jacuzzi did not work which was a shame

Everything was good, staff helpful, location superb, super market right opposite and a bakery that opens till midnight and a lot of restaurants that open late. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Pool etc were cool and only fit for purpose in winter, the bed in the room was 2xsingle, which is not a problem but the weight of the beds were so less if you turn in the bed you fall in the slit.

The bed! A nightmare... impossible to sleep on something that is almost hard as stone, going in the middle and the springs are being felt. I cannot understand that it is possible to sell a room at this price with such a bad bed.

Location of the hotel is great: near famous Las Ramblas street and two metro stations, breakfast is vey good, staff is very friendly, wi-fi available. Perfect for middle class tourists.
