Located an easy walk to the old town and to restaurants and cafes, this hotel is so new that Google maps still shows it as a hole in the ground! The room and bathroom were quiet, spacious, modern and gleaming clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast & coffee was cold continental buffet, with a large selection to choose from. Airconditioning was ineffective. WiFi signal was patchy, so unless the laptop was on the bed it kept disconnecting. The hotel is not close to the train station as implied by the hotel's notes on booking.com (and by Google maps) because Vigo now has a new station at a different location - however, the taxi fare is less than 10 euro.

What we did not like was the difficulty in finding the place in the centre of Vigo. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Paying to park was not acceptable as a resident guest. The bar was totally dead and no-one encouraged us to eat in the restaurant. see above.

La decoración, la tranquilidad, la atención El baño no tiene mucha intimidad, ya que la puerta solo tapa, sin cerrar. El coste del desayuno es alto, nos fuimos a desayunar a la cafetería de enfrente por 1/3 del precio.

Atendimento de excelência. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Bom design dos quartos e conforto. Tive o prazer de jantar no hotel e a comida é óptima Fiquei hospedado neste hotel mas fui ao jantar de ano novo ao hotel ciudad de vigo do mesmo grupo do hotel axis. No entanto este hotel mancha o estatuto do axis. O hotel presta um serviço horrível de restauração. Passei fome e frio e paguei 120€ antes de consumir. E eu e minha mulher ficamos com uma intoxicação alimentar devido ao que comemos no hotel ciudad de vigo. E vou escrever uma carta pessoalmente ao director da AESA a participar o ocorrido

Gostei de tudo A unica critica: cheguei de trem vindo de santiago de compostela e pela descrição do hotel achei que era perto e vim me carregando com malas até o hotel inclusive subindo uma discreta lomba,acho que nao pode ser dito que é perto da estaçaõ ferroviaria, é perto só de taxi;

Hotel bem localizado no centro de Vigo. Fiquei em dois quartos distintos por dois períodos em uma semana. Na primeira vez o quarto tinha um vazamento no ar condicionado que molhava o quarto e a única coisa que fizeram foi colocar toalhas e um balde para a pingadeira. Na segunda vez, a janela não fechava completamente e foi difícil dormir com a barulheira da rua (bares). O café da manhã é caro, em torno de 10,80 euros por pessoa, e não vale o que custa. A garagem é de 12 euros por dia. Vale a pena pesquisar por outros hoteis quando for a Vigo.

Aardig personeel. Zelfs bij te te vroeg gaan onbijten (ivm terug vlucht) kreeg ik koffie en kon gebruik maken van het ontbijt buffet.
