Confort cleanness and free convenient shuttle bus

Dinner timing start until 20h30, plus the food was awful and very small portion...

The hotel was very clean and the family room was an excellent size. The children liked the bunk beds set up. Facilities were very new and modern and good selection of toiletries in the room. Shower was lovely.

The advertised shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel took a long time to arrive. The children were very tired as it was approaching 11pm. The taxi rank would not take you to the hotel despite saying we would pay over the advertised rate to get there. Ensure you book the shuttle in the morning as limited availability.

Excellent free shuttle to and from the airport

I appreciated the bus service to/from the airport, the communication room with computer access, and the comfortable bed/pillows. It also has shopping access within easy walking distance.

Noise from the reception area drifts to the computer room - especially with the congregation of tour groups

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet, so we slept well.

The grounds were very spartan. Concrete and a piece of grass.

Very closed to the airport and shuttle bus is helpful.

There is no hot water bottle in the room, a little inconvieniet to get hot water at the bar in the lobby.

Strongly recommendable! The shuttle should be more frequent! Current 30-minute operation can be less than 20-minute one.

LOcation was good and close to airport. Staff was friendly.

The fitness area is limited equipped(dumbells, cross trainer and a cycling trainer) and not on a logic spot. It is in a kind of basement and when you want to use it you need to leave the main building and outside. Not good when you are sweaty and it is very cold outside and you need to go back to your room for a shower. There is also no cleaning paper or desinfectant to clean the equipment after using it.
