Very close to the airport. There is an indoor mall about 2 blocks away. Very clean and comfortable.

Didn't like that the description doesn't tell you that the restaurant is next door and doesn't open until 8 PM.

They have transfer to airport

We were there May 10, 2013 it was very hot. The air conditining system was not on. When I went to reception to say that the room a/c was not working, they said that the a/c was not on because it was not summer season, that what they have is a ventilation system. This is misleading and not acceptable....it was really hot!!!! You cannot write in your hotel description your have a/c Also no ice machine Nobody to help with luggage Inconvinience of having to haul you luggage to adyacent hotel for transfer

For airport hotel and one night in it, it was ok. Bleakfast is solid, and it is nice that they are providing free shutle to the airport.

The bad is to bard, and the pillows almost doesn't exist. The sound isolation should be better.

The free shuttle service. The hotel and room décor is modern and bright. The hotel is near the Barajas Airport. The free WiFi in the room is fast. The beds are comfortable. The room entry doors have cushion strips which prevent noise when the doors are shut.(Every hotel should have them fitted). The room has excellent natural light.

There is no bidet. ( Some sort of hygienic wash must be installed. In our opinion any, 4 star hotel should provide an hygienic wash facility. We rated the facilities as poor due to the lack of an essential hygienic wash/bidet) The breakfast should be included in the room rate. The room rate is high considering that no breakfast is provided. The breakfast fee is excessive. The room we had was noisy due to noisy loud speaking neighbours . a beer costs Euro 3.10 which seems excessive. Some staff members were insulting.

The free transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. The room with very good lightning. The use of free wifi and laptops.The breakfast was also very good.

would have been great if the hotel had a gym and an indoor pool.

i liked the room, all new, well kept, clean. quick check in and quick check out.

the advertisement on the web mentioned that the hotel was 5 minutes drive from the airport. what was not mentioned was the fact that the shuttle service (otherwise free of charge) took 20-25 minutes picking up passengers through different airport terminals before heading to the hotel. considering my arrival time close to midnight and my departure time 6 hours later, i would have preferred to take a taxi to head directly to the hotel and not to do a "mini-tour" between the airport terminals before heading to the hotel. other than that all was ok.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time. You need to go to the sister hotel next door for real food. This one, decorated in ultra modern, has vending machines for snacks and umpteen types of coffee. There is a huge mall about four blocks away with more restaurants than you can name, from Thai, to German, to Tapas, to Burger King, Subway, Bar&Grill and Pizzeria.. Our choice: good bratwurst, potatoes and not so sour sauerkraut and German beer. We used WiFi with our own laptop, but I think they had a computer center. We booked their free shuttle which arrived timely next door and delivered us promptly to the airport.. The hot water shower could hold four people. Luggage racks had space for two carry ons and a backpack. Good lighting to read in bed. Only con- the view out the window was construction.

We stayed at Axor Feria because it was close to Barajas Madrid Airport, from which we were departing the next morning. The hotel was very clean, extremely comfortable, and the shower was the best ever. Car rental places were just across the street and, if we had known, we'd have rented our car there and avoided the steep airport taxes! The shuttle was on time and quick. It was an excellent "airport hotel."

Nothing. It served our purposes beautifully as a staging area for getting back home!

They will take you for free from and to the airport! Food is great and there's a cyberpoint where you can connect to the Internet for free if you wish to!

Front desk is extremely helpful, providing maps and directions. They even made phone calls for us to the booking company to fix our check-in date when we made reservations for the wrong date.

Very basic. Nobody helps you at all with your luggage, especially rude given I had suitcases and a young child and had to go for one hotel where the airport shuttle drops you to the other which is 200 meters away. No toiletries,cleanliness is not great. Noisy rooms, heard the couple next door all night.

I like the fact that they have a shuttle bus service to the airport, particularly as my flight was very early the following morning. Computer access is also a great advantage.

It is not too near a Metro station and you need to take a bus. It is a bit isolated and there is a lot of walking involved getting anywhere.

Hotel clean and organize. Shuttle service from and to the airport convenient. Breakfast buffet very good. Highly recommended to others.

I liked the breakfast.Fresh juice,hot from the oven croiwassan,omelet and various kinds of cheeze ,what a great breakfast they serve!!
