the door in between the bathroom and bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect because it is near to the coach station. It is also very clean and neat. never not to mention, the zumo de naranja in the big pretty glass is the best one in town, would recommend it to anyone. The food weren't very bad either. the ventilation wasn't very good, it's very hot in the room, and it really dries out your throat. Was disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't opened, there wasn't many facilities, and would definitely recommend the hotel manager to change their duvet/ beddings, it was very rough.

The staff was very helpful, friendly with a sense of humour. I like the fact that there's a door in between the bedroom to the bathroom. The swimming pool was closed and I have been looking forward to it all week.

The staff picked a quiet smoke-free room for us and it measured up to our expectations. Restaurant for breakfast was well organized with plenty of choices. Will visit and stay in this hotel for future trips. I brought my I-pod with Spanish plugs but still could not charge my Ipod. We went all over looking for the adaptor. Hotel should maybe have a spare adaptor to save us unnecessary hunting time. I returned to Sevilla and bought a spare one for 65 cents.

Nice room, confortable bathroom and bed. Plenty of tv channels (perfect for a rainy day). The hotel staff was helpful and gave us useful tips about the town. The next door hospital's ventilation system can bother does who have trouble sleeping (not my case). The breakfast is expensive (10/12 euros) so we didn't have it, which was disapointing. If you are in Badajoz (small town and not turist appealing) you can't ask for 50 euros/night and not include breakfast! Car parking is available for 13 euros but is not necessary since the surroundings offer plenty of options.

Very friendly staff particularly the manager. Good position with easy access to city. Underground car park good but charge made.Restaurant and buffet breakfast very good. Room for wheelchair users not ideal with a bath rather than a wheel-in shower. Also washbasin too low to get underneath. Room is quite a distance from lift. However the Manager really did try to help and noted our suggestions for improvement.

El hotel esta muy bien , el trato del personal excelente, desayunos para buffet es caro para lo que se ofrece,`pero tienes 2 tipos de desayuno con diferentes precios. la comida del restaurant es buena. la iluminacion esta enfocada de modo ambiental y deberian aumentar la iluminacion en algunos puntos. para baños se necesita mas iluminacion delante del espejo en la habitacion se necesita iluminacion delante del espejo vestidor y en el escritorio. las almohadas necesitan ser cambiadas y pienso que podrian ofrecer carta de almohadas. altavoz en el baño que no funcionaba, necesita alguna revision y modernizacion en cuanto a television

Estuvo muy bien la verdad, es un sitio genial para desconectar unos dias de la rutina ya que tienes todo cerca dando un paseo. La unica queja que podria tener es en relaccion a la entrada del hotel pero fue por el exceso de ocupacion que tuvo y tuve que esperar con mi pareja una hora o asi para poder entrar a la habitacion ya que estaba ocupada aun y sin preparar. Por el resto estuvo todo perfectamente y sin problema alguno, es mas la chica de recepcion fue muy educada y mientras esperabamos nos invito a tomar un cafe en cafeteria.
