A localização do apartamento fica muito longe de Santander. Como o apartamento fica junto à baia de Boo existem muitas melgas no quarto.

The apartment was clean with more than adequate facilities for a short break. There was an underground secure car park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket, restaurant, two bars and a fabulous pizzaria all within a five minute stroll. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake (if you are at the rear of the apartment block) is very interesting and constantly changing. All in all the perfect place for a short break stay on the outskirts of Santander.

Nicely laid out apartment rooms with decent kitchen facilities and comfy beds. The staff were very nice to the point of offering to help us move our stuff when they swapped out flat for another. Underground parking for security.

The internal walls just are not thick enough. As stated above, we had to be moved due to noisy neighbours coming in at 3am and talking and singing and then us being woken by their alarm at 7am. We had heard a child running up and down in the same flat that afternoon. We were lucky there were empty apartments still. The "Boo" (a lagoon) is not at all pretty even at high tide. The block has a busy local road one side and the lagoon the other. The far side of the lagoon is a railway line and a motorway. Both are distant hums until a train goes west to east when there is a terrific noise - I honestly thought a jet plane was in trouble when I first heard it. Even after 3 days I did not get used to it. I am amazed the local residents were not up in arms as the resonance from the bridge/rails should be fixable. In the summer, you really could not have the windows open and I suspect the flats would be hot on the top floor. I am sorry to be so negative but these are nice flats in the wrong location.

Nice view from balcony. Lovely rooms plenty of space. Not far from Ferry terminal. Local shops within walking distance.

The apartment was fine but in early April it was raining.

We were able to stay with our dog and could explore Santander. It is very near the ferry port for the uk.

Convenient for ferry and Santander and district.

We chose these appartments for the easy 5 minute drive to Santander Airport as we were meeting our daughter who was arriving by air and we were en route from a holiday in the Pyrenees. We booked a Penthouse appt so that we could have two separate bedrooms. It was very well equipped indeed , washing machine, heating boiler, large tv, Wifi, good quality furniture etc. and was spotlessly clean. There was a a comprehensive set of instructions in english although the receptionist did not speak english. The secure underground garage, connected directly with all floors by elevator, was a definite plus as it meant we could leave some things in the car rather than unpack completely. As we were only staying overnight we discovered very little of the neighbourhood but there is a supermarket and restaurants within 200 m and the lake facing side of the block where we were was very quiet. We also enjoyed the very interesting views from the big balcony which ranged from two elderly gentlemen tending their vegetables in the adjacent garden to enormous cranes beyond the marsh lake.

The single bedroom definitely needs a bedside lamp and a second one in the double bedroom would have been appreciated. Our daughter fond that the very short curtains in the single room let in far too much light. Otherwise it was excellent.

we are not rich so we always choose low cost accomadaytion.iv stayed at about 20 places so far in and around santander this is the best value for money that we have had so far.its less than a year old everything is spotless cant wait to get the chance to return. o and by the way the rooms are so large .and a big thank you to the man at reception.so nice. can some at reception confirm when we come again we can have a room facing the road.thanks

A little too far away from the city centre

View was excellent on the langune. 3rd floor and no trafficnoise at that side.Small but handy balcony. You need a car to go there. Supermarket closeby. Need toiletpaper and basic things to bring in from the beginning. Had airco.Good shower. Loved the washingmachine if you are on the road like us.Clean linnen and good beds. Own intrance and if you needed help, telephonenumber was available. Parking was good and an elevator was available.Brandnew ( 6 months old).

First we had a room on the streetside which is very noisy and warm. That appartment had a huge terrace.But no seperate 2nd bedroom. We could switch to the other side. Manager very informative and kind.

location close to santander. good location for dog owners as walking area close by. good balconies with views over river boo and the tidal lagoons. close to autovia A8 for visiting coastal region of cantabria.

cleanliness and easy access to road and footpaths for dog walking. relaxing outlook with interesting views over lagoons, river, motorway and railway. self catering with all equipment and amenities supplied. made for a relaxing and confortable holiday.

Very warm welcome, very helpful staff ... especially when I left my passport in the room and I don't speak a word of Spanish. All problems sorted out without bother. Well situated for Santander & would be good value for 3-4 people on a longer stay. Fancy shower!

Nice staff, nice furnished apartment, underground parking. I'd stay there again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size for 2 adults and 2 young children. I'm not sure it would really be big enough for 4 adults as one adult would be sleeping in the openplan kitchen-lounge. The staff on arrival were very helpful and the free underground parking was a real bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the staff in reception said they could provide toaster, iron, extra blankets etc. if required. The apartment, furnishings, equipment and indeed the whole building are brand new. The location is perfect if you have your own vehicle. Very close to Santander, an hour from Bilbao and there are many beautiful towns within a half hour drive. We shall certainly be staying again.

el aislamiento de las ventanas

Está todo nuevo y es muy cómodo, además incluye también el desayuno. Está muy cerca de Caárceno y también de Santander.

Era nuestra primera experiencia en apartahotel y mms ha encantado. La libertad que tienes es fantástico, muy limpio y mms han tratado muy bien

Buena relación calidad/precio, apartamento muy completo cerca de Santander y Cabarceno, ideal para ir un fin de semana a visitar ambos lugares. Un punto lo del aparcamiento incluido en garaje bajo el edificio

El personal a la llegada no es muy amable aunque su trato es correcto

Que habia habitaciones separadas.

Faltaba limpieza en la galeria habia telas de arañas y arañas enormes, y en las terrazas que daban a la calle se veian mas limpias.Guarnizo no lo recomendaria ya que no habia nada excepto la pizzeria que era muy buena.

Hemos estado solo dos noches, pero nos han encantado. Los apartamentos son nuevos y espaciosos, la decoración es moderna, sencilla y con buen gusto. Son como se ven en la foto de la web. Las vistas a la ría son muy bonitas. El parking gratis en el sotano con acceso interno es un acierto (sobretodo para los días de lluvia). La wi-fi gratis también se agradece, La verdad es que ha sido como estar en casa. La ubicación también es buena, ya que está cerca de la capital, de Cabárceno,etc.

Por decir algo negativo diré que, con lo coqueto que es cada apartamento, el baño se me queda un poco justo de mobiliario. Quiza faltaria una pequeña estantería donde dejar el neceser,etc.

La tranquilidad de la zona y el paisaje precioso hacia la bahía.

la comodidad del apartamento y la calma de su entorno.

No puedo decir nada malo en todo caso si que pondria un servicio de cafeteria.
