Loved the huge adult pool and little kids pool, the Jacuzzi and playground all close to each other. The steps. Minimum 20 steps to get to our place. Inside the house there is a total of 50 steps!

Spacious and well equipped with all necessary equipment. Quiet (almost empty) large fenced development with some 300 apartments/villas and a large pool area (no services in the compaund). Nearby hotel (H10) services could be used (?). Meloneras beach with nice bech front restaurants and some shops (expensive grocery shop) is some 200m downhill. Nice paved seafront pedestrian walkway which leads to Meloneras shops and restaurants, Faro lighthouse and Maspalomas dynes starts from the Meloneras beach. Rental agent helped us to arrange a rental car and airport transfer. We were taken first to 3 room apartment even though we had reserved and were confirmed a 4 bedroom one. After frustrating negotiation with rental agent we were taken to 4 bedroom villa which was said to be awailable only for a part of our stay and would cost more. After more talking the rental agent agreed that we could stay in it for the whole of our stay and without any extra cost. Rental agent had many different apartments/villas in the compaund and the size, location and quality may vary. Hence pictures in website may not represent what you will get.

Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla La piscina citata nella presentazione era chiusa, della qual cosa non eravamo stati avvertiti. L'appartamento assegnatoci (per 6 persone) aveva solo 4 sedie e mancava della lavastoviglie, al posto della quale I cortesi gestori ci hanno fatto avere una macchina del caffè (apprezzata, ma che non lavava I piatti)

Asunto hyvä Isolle porukalle Uima-altaat remontissa ja tätä ei kerrottu. Saimme kuitenkin hinnasta N. 13 % alennuksen tästä syystä. Pakko oli tähän tyytyä. Tällaista ei saisi tapahtua. Mekin olimme perheen kanssa ensimmäisellä reissulla.

Джакузи, но так и не смогли определить период его включения ... :) Оплата наличными Лизе ... Обман об бесплатном Wi-Fi - был предоставлен модем с предоплатой в 22 евро, но за сутки использования снималось 5 евро, снимали на 14 дней, ... пришлось доплачивать самим 5 евро в сутки за оставшиеся дни.

Melonerasområdet var trevligt, inte så expolaterat som t.ex. Puerto Rico. Snygga omgivningar Kackerlackor i huset. Vattenläcka (vatten läckte från badet genom taket i köket till en början, lagades efter ett tag)

Prachtig huis lekker rustig leuke omgeving Precies toen wij er waren ging het zwembad dicht ivm reparatie daarom huur je natuurlijk niet een huis met zwembad.... Wel een oplossing voor gevonden maar niet dichtbij

El personal que me recibió era amable Las villas no tenían nada que ver con la descripción que habia en la pagina del hotel. Las camas no estaban en buen estado para su uso, en fin no era lo que esperábamos tuvimos una gran decepción.
