The spa was a disappointment as the Water not warm enough in main pool Steam room waste of time as Luke warm

We booked this hotel through www.booking.com and turned to be very cheap for 1 week all in. The hotel was build around 2007 in a nice design. You can tell though that probably because of the economic crisis, finishings still need to be done or need to be redone. Nice and friendly welcoming, staff speaking english, german and bits of french. Rooms are clean and spacious, nice design too. Food quality is poor though, altough we think it's probably like that in FuerteVentura, coffee is just not to drink, lots of fried food, sausages, fat food. With lots of garlic and sauce everywhere. 2 swimming large nice swimming pools, one heated, the other one not. You have to wake up very early to reserve a laying chair, because once it is 8am, all chairs are already toweled-taken. Nice view of beach, dark sand beach. The hotel is calmly situated, no bars around. We didn't see any kids in the hotel. Animation is rather poor too, maybe we were there before Easter, lots of retired people, so animation was based on karaoke and chachacha. Spa is very basic, although 2x free access offered for 2. Strong points for this hotel: rather new design + friendly staff + good price/quality + calm location. I would suggest too to rent a car before travalling trough the new, GoldCar turned out to be very good price quality. No gps needed for this island, a good map is plenty sufficient.

Spa not always fully working. Went during the Love night (spa in the evening lit up only with candles) and sauna was off. Went other time and this time it was on, however jacuzzi was off.

great location, lovely hotel and staff, nice food. we really enjoyed our stay there and can recommend the hotel if you are looking for quiet, relaxing holidays on the beach.

4* hotel shouldn't be using towels with holes in them and the bathrobe was in condition ready be thrown away.. these are just 2 small things, otherwise we had a great experience staying in this hotel.

Gentilezza, cordialità di tutto il personale, ottimo cibo (di qualità e ben cucinato), tranquillità, mai affollato...eccezionale davvero.

Ci vorrebbe più cibo per intolleranti a certi alimenti (tipo grano e latte), anche se già qualcosa c'è.

servicio inmejorable. estado de las instalacaiones muy bueno. ha sido una estancia genial recomendare el hotel excepto .....por la comida.

el spa cierra muy pronto. la comidad, esperabamos mas calidad de la comida, y que el servicio no se diera tanta prisa en quitar la comidad antes de irse, eche en falta zumo de naranja natural. y jarras de agua. no un vaso cada vez que lo pida.

Esta todo muy bien. Instalaciones limpias y nuevas. No había ni un solo niño (lo q en nuestro caso era favorable). Dos piscinas grandes, una de ellas climatizada. Spa muy bien. La habitacion muy correcta. Baño bonito con acesorios nuevos, todo limpio. Cama confortable y muy grande. Esta muy orientado al turismo extranjero. Personal amable y todos hablan español (algunos regular, pero se entiende). Horarios de las comidas muy bien. Un día por la mañana llegamos de la playa y habían dejado en la habitación una tarta y una botella de champagne, no se si se lo dejaron a todos o si fue pq era mi cumpleaños.

Todo incluido un poco limitado y las bebidas de primeras marcas había que pagar a parte. Los postres dejaban mucho que desear, eran muy sencillos y poca variedad, nata con bizcocho y bizcocho con nata, solo cambiaba el color de la nata jajaja

il luogo stupendo, la struttura, il personale, la pulizia, l'efficienza e la perfezione della cucina. Pur avendo prenotato una doppia ci è stata assegnata la suite romantica con jacuzzi e servizio bar dedicato.

UNICO difetto scarsa connessione internet, ma credo che non dipenda dall'hotel, bensì dal luogo o dalle compagnie telefoniche.

das Essen entsprach nicht einem 4 Sternestandard Getränke aus dem Automaten, keine Vollkornbrötchen, keine Diabetikerartikel, wenig Auswahl hatte Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, man konnte vom Zimmer aber leider das Meer nicht sehen, dafür ein altes heruntergekommenes Gebäude, um das Meer sehen zu können, mußte man auf den Balkon gehen

Yo me he quedado en el romantic y me ha gustado todo un 10

Quizás lo que menos me ha gustado es la comida, pero en general no esta mal.

Desde el personal de recepción, hasta los animadores, pasando por camareros y demás personal, han sido excepcionalmente amables y atentos. Nos proporcionaron una júnior suite, por no haber habitaciones normales disponibles. Grandes vistas desde el amplio balcón, unas instalaciones muy buenas y una comida sabrosa y variada. Repetiría sin duda

Sólo tiene dos fallos. Algunos camareros no entienden castellano y, el T.I. tiene lagunas, como el no incluir Mojitos o bebidas desconocidas.

all'arrivo ci è stato comnicato il cambio della camara dall'hotel alla romantic suite fantasia:una struttura adiacente che gode di piccli chalet fornitissimi e lussuosi con giardino e jacuzzi un bar con servizio all inclusive conprensivo di cibo e bevande.

Me ha sorprendido, la amabilidad exagerada del personal. Sus instalaciones nos hizo muy grato nuestra estancia allí. El lugar muy distinto, la playa esta junto a la recepción del hotel, fue fantástico.

Los potres debería mejorarlos por que no es nada agradable intentar comerte algo que parece maravilla luego están sin sabor.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très design, belle décoration avec un grand balcon. Les deux piscines extérieurs, une chauffée côté "calme", une non chauffée côté bar avec musique, sont très agréable. Repas All In diversifié, mais niveau gustatif ça reste du buffet et de la cuisine moyenne, les viandes et poissons sont très bons, par contre les desserts ne l'étaient vraiment pas! Plage de sable noir jolie et peu fréquentée donc très calme, la mer n'est pas agitée alors qu'il s'agit de l'océan. Proximité de l'hôtel et de la plage est superbe, vous sortez de l'hôtel vous êtes sur la digue longeant le sable. Environnement de l'hôtel très reposant car c'est un petit village, l'hôtel est le seul hôtel sur ce village et sur cette plage, ne pas choisir cet hôtel si vous recherchez plages de sable blond et shopping .Hôtel sans enfant, uniquement des adultes.

Le spa de l'hôtel est très petit, la soirée spa love gratuite n'a rien d'intéressant car trop nombreux à la fois dans ce petit espace. Desserts - .

La comida del bufe es de muy mala calidad. Tiene un pase el desayuno, pero el almuerzo y cena mejor ni intentarlo.

In linea di massima tutto, dalla spa al ricco buffet a pranzo e cena, la camera con vista mare e la formula all inclusive ad un prezzo ottimo. Il ristorante era veramente bello!!

No. L'unica pecca è che non funzionava il bagno turco nella spa quando abbiamo soggiornato.

Schitterend hotel gelegen in een heel rustig, nog authentiek dorp. Mijn kamer was ruim en heel mooi. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader!
