Location, Price, Comfort, Staff and Facilities were excellent. We will be back. An ideal Hotel for a City/Shopping break with excellent access to the beach/seafront and the many fantastic Tapas Bars/Restaurants and Cafes. My wife would have liked to have access to a sauna/ massage/beauty treatment in the hotel.

Very convenient for the ferry and excellent car park Very convenient for the old town and lovely tapas bars and restaurants. The bar at the hotel is excellent and the staff all very friendly and helpful. We think the hotel is very good value for money.

We always use this hotel, as it is opposite the port. As we go back to the UK about 3 times a year, it is in an ideal location to the port.

Location, location, location! We were catching a ferry to the UK and the ferry terminal is directly across from the hotel. The hotel room was a really good size and very clean. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby where you can get food at most times of the day. The main shopping areas are also close by. We found it very convenient for all our needs. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Hotel Bahia prior to sailing from Santander to uk. It is an excellent location if using Brittany Ferries. It was clean comfortable and staff were really helpful. Underground car park was good well worth the charge.

The hotel proved a perfect place to stay. Excellent friendly staff, convenient for shops and Ferry. It was extremely comfortable,everything maintained to a very high standard with a garage that had easy access to hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would certainly stay there agaim

We have stayed at the hotel before and chose to return because of the actual location and the quality of the hotel. The comfort and general standard of the hotel is excellent. We were using the ferry terminal so the position of the hotel is big advantage. I have no complaints. However, it would be nice to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Also, I think the cost of car parking per night is quite expensive.

Large bright clean and comfortable room exactly as requested.The view of the bay was spectacular especially as the car ferries dock right opposite.Fascinating to watch. Staff friendly and helpful.Brilliant location in the best part of town and easily reached from the airport. It was cheaper to park in the municipal car park next door!

Location is perfect for the ferry as it is just over the road. We had a front room on the 6th floor and the view was fantastic, overlooking the whole of Santander bay with the mountains in the distance. Our room was huge with a very large and well fitted bathroom. The underground car park private and secure and easy to access via a car lift. There are lots of eating and drinking places close by and lovely park for a stroll. If you have time the historical parts of the city are close by and well worth a look. The weather was very warm and sunny when we there and the room got a bit over warm. The air con didn't seem to be able to cope. We did not complain at the time as we were not in the room much and it did have an opening window. But it might be more of a problem in the summer months.

“Probably one of the best places to stay at Santander...” We booked this hotel for its location and the excellent pricing (65,-€ per night). Everything was perfect, the staff very friedly and helpful. It´s an ideal place to explore Santander by walking, plenty of nice AND excellent restaurants around. Room Tip: Higher floors have better sight to the city The only shortcome: breakfast is overpriced (17,-€/person) and also parking is expensive (15,-€/day).

So very convenient to the ferry port(200 yds) and also well placed to explore the city. The Hotel is clean and the rooms large and luxurious. The underground on site parking is also a bonus. We have stayed here several times now and have never been dissapointed. The breakfast is expensive and poor value for money. You would be better advised to seek out a cafe bar close to the Hotel and there are many.
