The location is perfect, very close the the old town, the port and the castle. Also walking distance from the train to the airport. The room and the bathroom are very clean and modern having all the facilities a traveller needs The staff is professional and very helpful. WiFi works perfectly.

Very helpful staff. Bedroom very comfortable. Great sized bed. Excellent shower. Good Spanish breakfast nicely set out including fresh croissants.

Not as central as some but just what we wanted as within walking distance of train for the airport and ony 5 minutes the other way into the centre. Some building work near hotel. Just ask for room away from street.

No way is this a three star hotel. It maybe was once, but it has not had the money spent on it in recent years to keep it at a good standard. Shabby room in terms of decor, in a dirty side street, and poor facilities. I had mistakenly booked for one person instead of two, and they tried to charge me more to change than the price on their own website, and more than the price on booking.com. Also the advertised 24 hour free coffee doesnt exist. The receptionist knew nothing about it, and when I pointed it out to him on the website, said that the machine was broken, though there was no machine in sight. Generally poor. There are much better at cheaper prices

We were at winter holidays during 7 days. Perfect localization of hotel. Very close to old part of town and just 10 min to get to trainstaion. 20 min to get to airport by train - very comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean room. Сlean and large bathroom. Administrators are very helpful and explained how to get to places of interest. Free wi-fi.

One day there was no hot water.

Have stayed many times, convenient to airport train, buses, tapas bars, shops, supermarket, always warm and comfortable, staff very helpful and unobtrusive. Our 1st choice in Malaga

internet facility in lobby needs to be updated. Suggest an Apple Mac, more expensive than useless Windows garbage but worth it. Saying that, we'll have a mini IPad next time

Cheap hotel. Cheap however, doesn't always have to mean nasty. It was great because we were a big family and booked 3 rooms. Lots of money was saved. It was a bargain. Free WIFI in all rooms was a huge plus. And it worked well. Breakfast venue could have been a little bigger. You'll feel disappointed at first, heading down the stairs to the basement with a few tables in a cramped space, but then you'll be surprised because there are lots of choices, and everything is neat and clean and delicious. TV was modern good sized, but didn't have the English audio button for the channels, so that sucked with everything in Spanish. There are a couple of English channels though.

Breakfast area is small, that's about it.

Friendly helpful staff ( although not very fluent in English ), Spacious room with balcony. We could see the mountains out of the window. It takes about 15 min to get to Malaguetta Beach by foot. We liked the stay.

Location was very good only 5/10 mins to station & city centre & a good 20 mins to the Marina and town beach. The reception was extremely helpful & the breakfast was continental & more than adequate.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is also good.

Internet does not work in the room. The only PC at the reception is very old and almost useless.

Easy walking access to all that Malaga had to offer. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon - plenty of free on street parking around the hotel.

Very cluttered Reception and communal areas. Looked old and musty. Tired looking but fine in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and up-to-standards. Excellent location for a visit to the city and only a 5 minute walk from the Malaga Centro metro station. Breakfast was sufficient, worth 5 Eurs and there’s a free 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby.
