very noisy, either all day until late at night music from shopping mall, or very noisy restaurant/car park.

I have stayed here many times. As always, the staff is 4 stars, the facility needs updating, more so each year. It can be busy & noisy at times (Spain is a noisy country), but the facilities are quite complete: good free internet, a buffet that has real food, comfortable rooms, and a big mall below for people watching. Free parking, which is needed, because the hotel is not near anything but the train. I will continue to stay at Bahia Sur.

Facility is aging, not very gracefully. Noisy at times

The facilities are very nice, Clean, comfortable rooms (we were in a bungalow). The pool area is also very nice. You have a mall downstairs, and if you like to hike, you can walk into San Fernando - a rather nice (albeit quiet) town.

Having a car, the location of this hotel was not a problem for us, as we could drive into Cadiz and visit its beaches. But if you have no ready means of transportation, you are largely confined to campus, which is fine (a nice pool, a shopping mall, etc.), but limiting. San Fernando is a bit of a hike, and Cadiz is miles away. There is no access to the beach unless you travel several miles.

Great staff, good internet. Free outside parking. Close to mall for food & groceries. Great views from ocean-side rooms. Close to train station.

A bit run down, needs updating. Have to be careful of which rooms to stay - some very noisy. Overpriced for the quality - really 3 star, but it is the only thing around.

Nos ha gustado, pero creemos que las instalaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. El aislamiento de ventanas es malo, y entra viento en las habitaciones. Por lo demás, cuando hacen ofertas, merece la pena. Sin ofertas, no repetiríamos hasta que se hagan las reformas que necesita.

La cercania que esta de Cadiz y de las playas

Somos un matrimonio con un ñiño mayor ,el primer dia de estancia en el apartamento ,por la noche el piso que esta por encima del nuestro montaron una fiesta unos jovenes ,la musica a toda pastilla las 3 de la mañana y no podiamos dormir,tuve que llamar a control para que mandaran una patrulla de seguridad del hotel,no se lo recomiendo a nadie, el hotel deberia cuidar de las personas que contratan Limpieza de de la habitacion deja mucho que desear no hacen las camas no cambian las toallas , lamentable

El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación inmejorable.

El mobiliario antiquísimo. Los apartamentos no se limpian nunca, solo vacían la papelera. Aunque en la reserva decía que había wifi, solo hay wifi en el hotel, en los apartamentos no hay wifi en absoluto.

Antiguo,Baños sucios , mal olor en los bungalows,una de las habitacioned sin aire acondicionado, El peor Hotel en en que e estado.Le pedi que me cambiaran la alcachofa del baño y todabia estoy esperando.Trabajo en un hotel de mantenimiento y este deja mucho que desear.

Mal el aire acondicionado, mobiliario mal estado. Solicite me abrieran ya que mi mujer se había llevado la llave y no encontraban otra llave y la llave maestra no abría. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.
