Great location, value for money and friendly staff. Facility to leave luggage on last day and also to have a shower with towels provided before leaving.

the location was perfect for the beach, marina and 24 hour square. the studio apartment was ideal for 4 people.

only negative for me was the steep hill to get to the hotel but this was because i recently had a knee operation. it wouldnt have bothered me otherwise.

We had to phone reception for directions when we arrived to Benalmadena 3 times, the guy from reception was not able to provide any type of directions only the name of the street, we were looking for the hotel longer than an hour!!!!

the hotel Bali offers couples,groups and families a great value for money holiday or short break,complimented by excellent staff throuhgout the hotel,together with a large variety of food choices at the buffet meals,my husband and myself have stayed there on many occassions and will continue to do so in the future.

if anything the all inclusive option does tend to attract those who put a high consumption of alchohol at the top of their holiday wants list.

Very close to friends I was visiting & a good location within Benalmedena. Very easy to book & check in/out . 24hr cancellation policy. Good value. Clean - no frills, ideal for a couple of nights. Tasty, well prepared, good value snack lunch. Breakfast included - plenty of choice from healthy to full English. Tables cleared efficiently without staff being intrusive. Nice toiletries/plenty of towels.

Top cover on beds a bit tired looking/marked(nail varnish /remover?) - but not dirty. Didn't use pool area as it was raining but it looked a bit dated -needed refurbishment. Lots of kids running round - however it is a family hotel and it was U.K. half term!

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms overall a very good holiday experience.

Situated on a slope so bit of a climb, but the pros by far outweighed the cons

We got good value being allocated an apartment.

Despite previous reviews the staff were not particularly friendly. I cannot comment on the food as we did not have any meals in the hotel. More than a little tlc is required! The paintwork on the walls in our rooms and in the corridors was seriously marked and plasterwork in the corridors was in need of much attention. If you are looking for a return to the holiday camps of the 60/70s then this will certainly meet requirements! In short, happy to leave.

The location of the Bali is within walking distance {wether you go up the hill or down} of bars, shops restaurants, beach and marina. It is halfway up a hill but take your time its ok. The food was alright, warm, the pool area was clean. The Bali appears to cater for all ages, I have to say after a bad experince there a couple of years ago I said I would not go back, I did,, and we had a pleasant weekend with friends.

I didn't like the fact that when you are staying in the hotel you have to pay to park your car. Apart from one lady on reception the others came over as being abrupt / rude / unhelpful
