Location of hotel and staff very friendly. Free upgrade due to change of hotel within hotel chain.
Lift in great demand and broken down during our stay and view from 7th floor looking at rear of hotel. Same sandy footprints on carpet outside room for three days.
food is amazing. Hard to find a restaurant with batter food and if you find it it will cost you 60 euro for lunch. staff is amazing, no doubt.
no wi-fi needs renovation
The staff was very helpful and the location is greate (50 meters away from the beach).
The room appliances and furniture were quite old, but they were clean.
location was excellent very close to beach and bars etc. We had breakfast which had a pretty good selection the usual bread hams cheese few cereals etc etc.. that's about it!
Our room was awful!! Do not get room 125 or 403!!! On arrival our room 125 was the size of a walk in wardrobe with broken air conditioning that no one could fix. The bathroom was not! Ensuite it was across the hallway. You could hardly move in there oh and the view was a spiral stair case!! We were moved the next day to room 106 which was a lot better but then the bathroom was tiny. Our friends had room 403 and that was nice room but the view was a wall!!!! Rooms were very dated. The pool was tiny!!! You could fit 10 people around it max!!! And it was in shade as surrounded by buildings....
Good location near the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was ok. I recommand the hotel just for 1 night stay.
There is no minibar in the room. If you want the remote for TV you have to make a 10 euro deposit to the reception. Very difficult to find a parking place near hotel.
The room Was very small and no view practically
The food was really good, something different every night. Location was good. At the quiet end of the beach, short walk to lots of shops and bars. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Towels in the bathroom were very small.
great location close to everything.
They don't know what hospitality is. Some days the room wasn't even cleaned.
No hot water, Smell in the room
Very comfortable check-in and check-out. The receptionists were very helpful and they served the breakfast out of regular hours as I was leaving early.
Half board did not include drinks or water. Service at the restaurant was not very kind. Floor in the room was dirty. For that price internet could be included.
Good quiet location. Plenty of restaurants and a nice beach near the hotel which was good for swimming.
The hotel was very dated budget accommodation! Do not go here looking for luxury. We travelled as a family of two children and two adults. We had to book two rooms and split up as 1 adult and 1 child as they had no family rooms. They also put us on opposite sides of the hotel and I did specify on the booking we needed to be together. That put a downer on our two night stay. Both rooms were tiny with 2 single uncomfortable beds. One room had a view of other hotel rooms no balcony and the next room had a balcony which smelled of cat pee and was facing a wall. Our air conditioner didn’t work but we didn’t need it anyway it was cold at night. The breakfast was ok and it was included in the price: bacon, eggs, cold buffet, bread etc which was grand. We went in early June and the small pool got very little sun light, the kids didn’t even go in! If your not fussy its ok but to be honest there are far better accommodation options near the air port if thats what you need. It was ok for us because we arrived very late the first night @1am and we were moving on to the north of the island for two weeks after our stay in Whala!balmes. I wouldnt stay any longer than 1 night and the price would want to be rock bottom.
The food ONLY
From the facilities to the customer service -nothing. Pool to small, no comparison with the photos. The staff had nothing to do with a 3 stars Hotel staff. Total unprofessional and rude. For the wifi you need to pay around 4 euros for 45 Minutes or 10 euros 1 day. The cleaning lady wakes you up at 07.00 when she starts as she is making so much noise that you could not sleep further. If you want to have a controller for your TV you need to pay a caution of 10 euros. We asked for a balcony room when we booked the room and we also called to confirm it. At the phone was everything ok and then we entered our room-without a balcony. The explanation was simple for the receptionist: it doesnt matter what we tell you in the phone!!!!! Rudiculous enough? I have more. At the evening dinner a senior lady broke her leg on the way to buffet-the floor was wet and of course the one well Trainer 3 stars personal working at the Hotel didnt realize it on time. Of course they called a doctor and as a sorry for the lady they transfered her at the entrace so everybody who comes to eat or leaves the room could enjoy the show of the poor lady. The same pleasure had the people in the dinner room. After all this Kind of Theater when you think that a camera is hidden somehere and someone is laughing at you, you think also, for sure it will be someone responsible for this Hotel! And of course there is a Hotel manager who as the job describes manage a Hotel. But at this hotel the Hotel manager was nowehere to be found. On june , not the heart of Saison but the beginning, this HM was not there. At least not in friday, saturday, sunday and monday. Maybe he is working in tuesday, wednesday and Thursday. The receptionist was denied to let me talk to him 4 days. At the Ende I had his Name. So after all, Mister Pedro Noguera I want you to See, understand and change something at this hotel. AS I dont know if you are aware of what happens there, thought it could be useful to you.
Staff were very helpful, the air conditioning was fairly efficient, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent as was the seating, the bar area and the breakfast.
Didn't like the expensive Wi Fi or the additional cost to use the safe and the huge sudden influx of students. Although well behaved they were quite noisy.
This hotel is just 3 kilometres from the airport. But you can't get there by foot, you need to take a bus or a taxi (if it is early or too late for the bus). Nice clean rooms. The beach is just five minutes walk from the hotel
The breakfast is quite poor. Wifi is overpriced (you need to pay 10€ for one day or 4€ for one hour). Everything is charged for extra price. You need to pay 10€ to receive remote control for the TV! You will get them back, but first you need to find them if you want to watch TV. The airport s too loud, I couldn't sleep.
The variety and excellence of the food for breakfast and dinner. The lovely friendly staff and the location was perfect.
No balcony although they would've moved us but none were available. Nowhere to park outside, had to find a space three roads away on the back streets, there were never any spaces closer.
- great breakfasts - the food was really tasty! - location just near the sea - friendly personnel
- cold drinks at the breakfast available only for guests with all inclusive option
