Beuatiful and stunning location, perfect for a nature lover! The hotel was extremely clean and very cosy, located in a peaceful place. The staff was very friendly, even though their English skills were quite poor we got all the service we ever needed. The village is very pictoresque, genuine Spanish mountain village.

The food was a bit of a disappointment. Since we were travelling in a low season, there were no other restaurants open in the village. But we got our stomachs full, though.

    Beautiful location, really comfy beds.

Stairs up to entrance were a bit of a struggle (I have a bad knee and it did suffer after a couple of days). The biggest problem was when we tried to check out, at 8am on a Monday morning. We had a flight to catch. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but is 8am too early for a reception desk to be manned? The night porter was asleep in front of the tv and he had to ring someone to come and sort us out. That took a while, wherever she was coming from, it was by car. From start to finish it took around 30 minutes to check out and made our trip to the airport rather more stressful than it needed to be. Whatever time you are checking out, ensure you let reception know in advance!

Scenery and peaceful surroundings and large swimming pool.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

    The simplicity

The route out through the village - very narrow and easy to get lost/stuck!
