The free water was fantastic. Front desk crew was outstanding. Location was excellent.
Bathroom was a bit small: there wasn't enough space for setting things down. Wall-mounted shelves would help. There were no towel hooks. Installation of these amenities would be a simple but significant improvement to guest comfort.
Loved the location and the shower!
Street noise, until late hours, a problem. We overlooked the laneway that had a restaurant immediately below.
Location, restaurant, and breakfast.lovely staff and helpful.
Quite noisy in the alley we faced and on the street. I'm a heavy sleeper but it was distracting. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Location is perfect in the Gothic quarter. Great restaurants for tapas or fine dining. Next to the metro and easy to grab taxis.
Plastic chair in the room not really made for sitting down for work.
The hotel is located very central with lots of nice bars, restaurants and shops around. The suites are spacious rooms with bath in a separate building not far away from the hotel.
The suites are very dark, the building seems to be uninhabited, e.g. calm but a bit spooky. Do not expect the usual amenities in the bathroom: there is not cotton, cosmetic tissue etc.
Design, location, wifi
No towel rack in bathroom
Charme of the Hotel and public areas and staff. Ideal center location
The suites are located 3 blocks away and this was not known. The romms are actually appartments that are not very charming but extremly big. The beds are bad and not at all as the rest of the hotel. Next time I will book a standard room in the main hotel building onyl.
The location was perfect for accessing the train station (old one), local sights and hop on -hop off bus.
We were inone of the suites located a couple of doors down from the main hote. Although it was extremely nice, there was no elevator, and the rooms started on the second floor. We were on a 3 week trip and had two full size suitcases. They did help us bring them up to our 3rd floor room, but leaving 5 AM there was no help with them.
Noise from next door room and street outside
Location, right in the thick of the action but quiet, comfortable room with balcony, spotless, super restaurant attached
Trendy lighting. Took black shade off bedside light to see at night
How central it was. Size of suite. Big bed.
Where suites was, very noisy till early hours. Wifi worked when wanted to.
Great location and really spacious! Good for the price we paid as well. Free water was key!
Wifi connection was alright..
Excellent position, nice room, clean
Small room, breakfast too late
Location is excellent and in a really vibrant part of town. It is quite central and has a number of metro stations nearby. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Free bottled water (still and sparkling) and apples are available in the foyer on each floor. This is a nice touch. The staff were helpful with directions.
The hotel was in a good area which was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. It was very comfortable , modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The accommodation was roomy, plenty toiletries and bidet.
Perfectly located, close to old town Really beautiful Excellent price / quality
Only point : curtains didnot cover windows (disturbing on morning)
Great location and beatiful hotel/room.
Everything was fine.
I absolutely loved the Attic suite that I stayed in . Especially as it had an upstairs.
No lift to help with luggage. This needs to be improved upon.
Location, services (free wi-fi, free bottled water available from a cooler in the hall, and friendly, helpful staff), and design of the hotel. Beautiful room and bathroom. Everything nicely appointed. Good value for the money.
The bed was a little hard. Bothered my husband more than me, and the lighting in the room was plentiful but very dim. Neither of these points would prevent us from booking there again.
Free water and an amazing location
No kettle with tea making facilities in the room
2nd visit to the Banys and another excellent stay...Great location for strolling to all the main sights and plenty going on around the hotel also..
The breakfast was mediocre -a cold buffet basically. There was no way i was going to make my own orange juice by slicing oranges etc with a hangover as i could have caused myself a serious injury.....
-separate building from main hotel for our suite-made it feel like it was our home for 4 days, not just a hotel with other tourists -giant bed, hardwood floors, stone tile shower, lots of space -free water in the mini-fridge. A small thing, but since water costs as much as beer, it was nice to have a ready supply
-they could only give us one key for outside door. Made it hard to coordinate with 2 people if we ever went separate ways
Convenience Free water (and apples)
Everything - breakfast was exceptional
Historic yet modern
