polite staff :)
staff is very friendly!
shower is bad, wifi is available but isn't free and is very expensive, there's no table in the room
Quiet night sleep
Very noisy during the night Breakfast very poor
The location of the hotel was very close to the Ramblas and many other tourist attractions. Although the room was very basic, it was clean. The staff were very friendly.
Our room was small and it didn't have a window. The TV didn't work.
CLEAN ROOM GOOD PRICE
TO SMALL ROOM VERY SMALL TV HARD TO SLEEP LATE IN THE MORNING
Excellent location in the heart of ramblas
poor facilities noisy in front of the hotel bathhroom is more like an air craft bathhroom
Basic double room with bath/shower Decent light, aircon and hot water Early breakfast included in deal Excellent location close to Las Ramblas
Noisy bar across the road Street light and noisy night-time traffic kept me awake Desk staff gave inaccurate information about [closed] funicular and [expensive] taxi call No chair in room which was rather small
Location - very close to the Ramblas and Gothic quarter, clean towels every day
my room was above smoking area and so became quite smokey by the early hours!
Very basic but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location
The best of this hotel is its location. It is 5 minutes walking from Las ramblas. For people who looking their convenience to located near the center and walking around all day is very good hotel.
Only good for a sleep. Wi-fi is not free. It is charged 3 euros per hour and might not have a good signal in your room. Breakfast, below average,is not worthy.
no windows, just a small vent
Friendly staff at reception. Good location.
Had to pay extra for wifi. Basic room which needs updating. Thought it was expensive. Paid less in Barcelona in the same area, but better facilities. Although breakfast was included I would prefer free 24 hour wifi.
location close to city center enabling quick access to key locations even by foot bathroom was small but clean 24h reception and friendly staff
the room was very little , with a so called window looking at an inside of the building, claustrophobic the only piece of furniture in the room was a bed very noisy because of neighbor noise , crying babies, and ill & coughing people breakfast was rather poor
poor facilities and quality of sleep
excellent location near Rambla
very noisy at night pretty hard to sleep
Services is the only thing I liked - at the reception were helpful, room was kept clean.
Breakfast, room and location. Located in the center, but also in the arab quarter and is neighboured by a street of hookers. Forget breakfast - two slices with butter and jam is all you get. Rooms are extremely small, clean, but no possibility to open a window or draw the shades. Some services, like the lockers are paid - 2 EUR.
Location was good and staff member was friendly, but unfortunately that's where it ends.
Rooms very basic and cold. No carpet on floors. Beds rock hard and move on floors every time you move. Breakfast states 1 piece of toast or 1 croissant . Wifi charged hourly rate in lobby with no privacy as it's so small. Quite noisy in the room with being near the lift. Felt clostraphobic as there was a window covered by a curtain but it was frosted and didn't open.
Dirty Ripped sheets on the bed
The location was good. very nice stuff. The stuff speaking English.
The hotel does not deserve the money. The rooms are small and very old-style. The bed was broken. Very not comfortable. You have to pay extra money for any regular service like wifi or TV or lockers. Its was disappointing.
staff were helpful
Bathroom was old and looked like it needed a good clean
It was close enough to La Rambla, and clean enough
No free wifi, breakfast wasn't varied nor was there much space in the breakfast area.
I liked that it was in a good central location!!!
The lady at front reception was always extremely busy resulting in her being a little moody...
Nothing I like about it.
Very noisy place.. especially at night when drunk people start to fight. NO tv in the room. Very dirty, thr rooms doors are very thin so that when you close the door you have to push or pull hard which disturbing all other rooms with rhe sound.. 4 nights my family and I never had good sleep.. this hotel should be removed from BOOKING.
Great location (5 minute walk from La Rambla and nearest metro station as well as 15 minute walk to the seaside); clean room; there is a possiblity to leave the luggage after check-out; nice staff; air-co.
Very very noisy! There is a noisy bar next door, people keep passing by yelling under the window until early morning and it doesn't help to close the window. Early morning there is a super noisy garbage truck passing by. People from 4-person-room have only 1 key so they wake you up at 4 am knocking on their door or screaming at their roommates. Breakfast is unvaried (toasts, croissant, jam and butter every day) and during the rush hour it takes a really long time until you get your toasts.
