Good location as it is a short walk to the Cathedral and main areas of the city, and is surrounded by tapas bars and restaurants
The facilities weren't too well-maintained. The wardrobe in the room did not have a lock or even a latch and was wide open all the time. The room door would not unlock easily and so needed to struggle with it every time we entered/ left the room. Keys to the main door (from the street) don't work as well so we had to ring to be let in each time. But these were minor inconveniences really. What was really annoying however was that the room next door had a wash basin (?) on the other side of the wall and our bed was on this side of the wall - and the pipes were LOUD. I actually woke up one morning because the pipes were gurgling so loudly next to my pillow. The signs asking for silence at night seem to be mostly ignored because there were loud celebrations by other guests right outside our room in the wee hours of the morning. But overall I suppose I shouldn't complain. It was a basic room at a cheap rate and IMHO the rate is worth it not for the facilities, but for the location alone.
Rooms should have chairs (at least 1) and problems with electricity should be dealt with immediately. This flickering lamp at nightwas pretty nightmarish.
Very friendly staff. Only 4 beds in the dorm. Breakfast included.
Showerhead was attached very low.
Nice staff, nice living room and kitchen, and nice and space rooms.
Little dirty, but acceptable
Its central. The staff seem friendly.
I had a little feeling of not being welcome, but I thinks that depends on the person. The room and toilet is a little old, but okay for a night or two
Just few steps from the cathedral.
Very basic room. Someone forgot to clean the room after previous guests - we could see hair in on the floor!
I really like these place, soo pleasant and friendly. I ve been there for five days. Receptonist was soo helpful, i have loved breakfast included and the rooms were very clean. I loved we had our own bathroom. It was calm but still so pleasant for meeting new people. Perfect, ill come here again when ill visit granada :) everything was perfect, i even stayed onw day longer cause i really liked it.
Kind staff, reasonable price, good location everything is good
It was a very good stay for that price. I would recommend it. It was in a great location.
The shower broke down and it was almost impossible to take a shower.
Location is perfect. All main tourist areas accessible by cheap city buses. The owner was very helpful. Lot of restaurants near by.
Very noisy at night from restaurant outside window.
Service was great! They were super friendly! The bathrooms and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Location, helpful staff.
limitless cafe during breakfast, intimate toilets,
Breakfast is great and location is good too.
Facilities could be improved and wifi does not work properly
Ana (the staff) was super nice and funny!!! She was also a helpful person. She prepared the room and kitchen very well.
The wifi didnt reach my room.
Staff very attentive & responsive to extra requests. Atmosphere very friendly. Laundry done same day, to high standard. Recommend highly.
Personnel is good. Breakfast is ok.
The room did not meet expectations described in the site.
I liked the perfect position of the hostal, near to the catedral and between two squares with a lot of pubs and "bar de tapas"; it was very clean and the staff was nice! Absolutely I recommend it!
Under every point of view this place it's a disaster! I wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy to go there. We got the room in front of the toilet, noise all the time, the receptionist shouting and her lovely daughter as well. Toilet (one for all the floor) constantly dirty, room as a prison, dirty, dark, cold and dump! Bed sheets so old and dirty that we had to cover them with our clothes not to get some illness! Breakfast included but always under control of the receptionist that pretending to fill what missing, control the food you get. They ask 2 euros per person to keep the luggages in a storage after check-out and you have to carry them to the second floor yourself! We left the hostel while the receptionist was talking at the phone and didn't stop not even to say goodbye and thanks!!! Absolutely a nightmare!
Location and staff excellent
Nothing to not like
They must improve the Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms. It's 21th century...
The friendly staff service, they provide you with helpful information and a great location.
The thing I didn't like is that you have to paid to leave your luggage after check-out time, as you have been there and you already paid for your stay I do not find it fair to pay extra money for that, it is the first time I paid for that. And the door was nos closing properly as you could not close it unless you use the key and was very uncomfortable to have to use the key everytime I wanted to open the door even when I was in the room.
it's close the catedral. Staffs are very friendly. Linens are free and clean. Breakfast included.
Wi-fi was bad. if you want to leave luggage after check out you have to pay 2 €. There wasnt oil in kitchen.
