the location is perfect, very near the sight spots, and there are also nice restaurants and supermarkets. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Fabio~~~so pity I still cannot find his Facebook T T

there seemed to be no street number outside the door. So you may miss it ````

The staff were really helpful and showed me what to do in Madrid. The best thing with living at hostels like this, is the great possibility to meet people from all over the world.

It was very loudly and hard to sleep. If you are the party kind I can recommend this place, otherwise not. The sheets that I borrowed were not clean.

The staff really friendly; simple but excellent breakfast!!

Bathroom: really small and not comfortable to have a shower neither to use the toilet!

The Hostel is well situated, it just in the city center. You don't need to take public transport, because everything is reachable by foot. The staff is very helpful and they speak Spanish,English and Italian.

The rooms are a bit noisy but it's normal because it's just in the heart of la Chueca.

Very kind staff and breakfast is included. Good location near a metro stop.

Some of the doors need repair, too noisy in the late night if someone leaves the room.

I stay there regularly, so my opinion is somewhat qualified. The staff is always correct and helpful, if not very friendly. The situation of the hostel (in the middle of Chueca) very convenient, both for partying (particularly gay customers) and sightseeing. All's always clean (especially the bathrooms), the breakfast is very generous compared, e.g., to hostels in the US, where your choice is limited to just pancakes usually. The living room and the fully-equipped kitchen are gorgeous, overall the flair very cheerful and welcoming (painted walls, comfy sofas, etc.). And if you get the discounted rate (short-term bookings only) it's a real bargain.

Very little: Possibly the fact that sometimes it's noisy out on the street at night and you might not sleep properly (since the window might have to be opened due to heat). Also, they haven¡t got lockers for all guests in the dorms. Lastly, if there's a minimum for payments by credit-card (namely 50 €, they recently changed this) it should be said somewhere, so that one knows in advance.

The staff is amazingly nice, the location unbeatable, the price fair (I even got a last minute offer), breakfast decent, the place clean and colorful. The living room is cool.

Staff at the reception were very helpful. They provide very useful information about Madrid and they are always smiling. I will come back for sure and I recommend it for my friends.

Staff is super. They have a laundry service for only 8 euro and a hairdryer.

Our neighbors woke us up at 6 A.M. after a late night of partying.

El personal era agradable y atento. Ofrecían un desayuno incluido en el precio por la mañana (pero yo nunca me levanté a tiempo... asi que no puedo opinar de que tal estaba). Fui en días de frío y en la habitación compartida de 7 camas - que era en la que yo estaba - hacía calor incluso porque estaban puesta la calefacción y funcionaba muy bien

Las sabanas/mantas de las camas eran enanas, apenas te cubrían el cuerpo y no podías engancharlas en el bajo del colchón porque entonces no te llegaban al cuello (y yo mido 1,80). Aún así en verdad no hacían mucha falta porque como dije hacía calor en la habitación siendo invierno. Al final me acostumbré a esto y no hubo problema, pero un poco pequeñas.

El precio, la ubicación, la buena conexión a Internet, el desayuno incluído aun el precio de la reserva siendo minúsculo y la buena atención del personal del hostal. Totalmente a recomendar y pienso volver por allí.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Madrid. Situation parfaite. Chambre dortoir et sanitaires très propre. Copieux petit déjeuner complet inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Idéal pour petit budget. Le personnel est charmant.

Muy organizado y el personal muy amable

Muy ruidoso, tuve la mala suerte de que me tocó en la misma habitación unas chicas que llegaron a la 2 am a hacer sus maletas porque salían de viaje y de nuevo a las 5 am mas ruido.. no respetan nada el sueño del otro, se olvidan que están en una habitación compartida.. Creo que es un hostal para ir de fiesta y llegar tarde que para salir a trabajar al día siguiente porque al final ocn tanto ruido no duermes nada

Me gusto la atención del personal. Me sentí muy bien.

El camarote era muy bajito.

Hostal super barato, limpio y muy céntrico, staff amable, el desayuno era excelente también (con pan, mermelada, mantequilla, nocilla, cereales, magdalenas, leche, té, café, zumo) y se podía utilizar la cocina. Las sabanas estaban incluidas. Perfecto para quien quiere viajar sin gastar mucho, y sabe compartir. Ostello molto economico, pulito e centralissimo, staff cordiale, anche la colazione era abbondante (con pane, marmellata, burro, nutella, cereali, latte, te, caffé, succo, merendine) ed era possibile usare la cucina. Le lenzuola erano incluse. Perfetto per chi vuole viaggiare senza spendere molto ed é abituato a condividere gli spazi.

Desafortunadamente la última noche llegó un grupo muy ruidoso y no pude dormir, pero es un inconveniente que puede pasar al compartir habitación. Sfortunatamente l'ultima notte è arrivato un gruppo molto rumoroso e non ho potuto dormire, ma questo é un inconveniente che puó capitare quando si condivide la stanza o uno spazio comune in un ostello.

El precio en mostrador de 12euros,muy caro.las personas que solemos frecuentar sitios como el barbieri,miramos demasiado el euro que nos gastamos. Sobre el proceso de reserva.si te equivocas y quieres cancelar te quitan 2euros y eso no esta bien.o si te surge algun contratiempo y debes de cancelar,surge la misma situacion por supuesto ademas de cobrarte el dinero x la reserva que se ha hecho.todo esto lo expondré en mis redes sociales para que cualquier persona sea puesta en antecedentes porque a nadie le gusta perder dinero,y por desgracia,hay muchas personas que viajan a estos sitios con intencion de gastarse lo menos posible,estudiantes sobre todo.
