Score from 773 reviews Wonderful
location is near downtown, just a few minutes' walk from shopping area. breakfast is included.
bed is neither clean nor comfortable. room is quite packed. one tall big guy in reception is extremely not nice and cold.
friendly, adequate, english-speaking hostel. Good atmosphere, people and price
really nothing to say
the staff is quite helpful
dirty and run-down rooms and bathroom is so small and dirty!
The hostel is close to metro station and is good for backpackers who are concerned about budget.
While we arrived at the hostel, we wanted to pay with credit card, but the staff said it didn't work. When we wanted to use the computer, it didn't work, either. The wifi usually disconnected. The worst of all, after we checked out, he returned us deposit, 3 euros, and all of them were coins.
The workers are kind and helpful. The room has enough window for sunlight and air. Theres many metro stations nearby, so I can transfer less.
For Madrid is built on hills, there is a small slope on the way from Gran Via station to the hostel. It may bother the travallers with heavy luggage.
It is hard to find where it is. There is small sign of hotel.
Everything! The best employer it's the blond girl and the boy, tha main director.
The staff is goof and friendly. They speak English
The room is so stuffy. The toilet is too small. I feel suffocated when i was taking my shower. Could stay at the better hostel for the price paid. Overall, this is the hostel with with the lowest standard we ever stay.
it's very central, near the Gran Via. There is wi fi in everywhere. Staffs are very friendly they helped me a lot of issue.
There is security locker but very small. Breakfast is not enough just there are bread, jar, margarine, and coffee. While opening and closing room's door is very noise so if you are trying sleep and other people arent sleep, you can be disturbed.
The location was awesome for me, the wifi.
The locker is not the best one. There was too much light in the room due to morning sun, but not a big deal.
The price is really worthy, location is also convenient. The reception staff speak English verygood
Really noisy in the street, maybe during workday is ok, but I stayed on Saturday night, noise didn't stop until 2~3 am. Anyway, don't expect much at such low price, I am very satisfied.
good breakfast and useful kitchen with several utensils to cook. Simple but clean rooms and bathrooms with clean sheets. Location very near to gran via and puerta del sol.
The saturday night has very noisy, either because of the noise from the people in the street and the reception. On the other days the noise has over. I didn't have any problem besides the noise. Great relation price/quality.
I do love the places since it is very convenient to hang out, in the downtown.
While, the toilet and shower place is too small which makes me feel uncomfortable.
I did not like the rooms and the bathroom
Really cheap and good location. Staff are helpfull
Bathroom is not clean enough. They took money for baggage storage after check out. They gave me a bed in mixed room although I reserved for female dormitory room.
