As soon as I walked through the door I was impressed! Everywhere is decorated to a lovely high standard and the continually beautiful smell is lovely. Staff really welcoming and friendly

Took a bit too long to get a drink round by the pool. Was often quicker to go and get one ourselves

The pool area and very nice staff. Also liked the two mirrors in the bedroom. Perfect when you travel with friends (girls).

That the towels was in the toilet and no hangers in the shower. Would have preferred the handbasin to be in the toilet room. Mostly due to hygien aspect.

We liked the decor and layout of the hotel, the facilities and the food were all excellent

There was no wifi in the room as advertised

The smell in the spa area. My friend didn't like it nor did the people we talked too. It's horrible.smells like old face powder. Change it

the location was very good right on the sea, the reception as you walk in is impressive.

the lack of bathroom

The hotel staff were wonderful, the room was gorgeous, the view of the sea was wonderful, the food was very good, everything looked like the website photos which makes a nice change!

Having to wear a hat in the pools - why? Even people with no hair had to!!

As soon as you get there, you got wrapped, by a really gentle smelling......makes you happy!!!

The interior design, the perfumed air conditioning, the quiet atmosphere, the peaceful wellness area "under the ground" with sauna and seawater whirlpool and swimming pool, the very comfortable spacious room with flatscreen tv and balcony, the extremely friendly reception staff who were very professional and helpful, the delicious breakfast which is the best I have had anywhere. I could continue, the wonderful pool area overlooking the bay of Palma. I could continue, this is a really beautiful hotel.

If I had to say something negative, it would only be that the room doors made rather a lot of noise when closing.

Professionality and kindliness of the hotel staff

Some rooms within the same price category have no balcony.

Nice breakfast and the small beach was very nice. Also the direct closeness to the ocean.

The food (apart from the breakfast) was really bad. We had the buffé on the day of our arrival and that was so disappoiting that I felt I wanted to go home. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also far away from inviting with strong with light in the whole restaurant. We also had lunch twice and were really disappointed both of the time with the food.

Breakfest was Vera god.

We paid €200 a night and that was very overpriced. À lot of noise from the rooms next door and floors above. We heard televisions, mobile Phones ringing, hair dryers, people talking, running around on high heels till after midnight and from 5 o'clock on. Room was much smaller than expected. Pictures much better than reality. Staff not to friendly. Woud not recommand this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! This location, room, cleanliness, breakfast and access to the sea were wonderful. There was a misunderstanding about our landry that was our fault and after several times of complaining to the staff, they were nothing but very nice to us. After informing them of our mistake, They were very nice and accomdating to us.

There was nothing wrong at all.

Awesome to be in a quiet boutique hotel without any kids!

Hotel is in a good location directly overlooking the sea, but no beach although there is a small cove with access. Modern hotel - adults only - with good facilities. Service was excellent - slight problem with reservations of sunbeds. Food good and easy to get into Palma or Portals.

We enjoyed our overall stay, but based on other hotels we've stayed at in this price range we feel the hotel is slightly overpriced for what it is.

Was absolutely perfect stay. I was with my little sister who I only see once per year. Illetas is really near both palma and palmanova (20 minutes max.). Although the room could have a better view, they were really clean and comfortable!!

WiFi is ok! Breakfast with fresh squeezed juice.

You have to reserve place near the pool because not enough quantity of sunbed. Car parking is nor for free.

Good geographic position for what we wanted I.E. near to Palma and Portals, and not too far from Andratx. Hotel was nice, clean, food was fine. Prices were reasonable. Staff were fine and friendly although service was slow. Access straight to the sea, by way of the hotel small beach or steps off the rocks. No children allowed.

Waiters had a tendency to swerve away from your table rather than see if you required anything else. There were not enough sunbeds for the hotel guests. Literally. This meant that unless you spread a towel on a sunbed very early in the morning you had nowhere at all to enjoy the sun.

Good location, very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.Everything was clean in the room and in the hotel.

Matress was a bit too firm. GYM was very basic, there coud be more equipment.

very nice relaxing pool area with nice views to palma.great for diving off rocks into sea.roof top bar opened during our stay- great views.breakfasts good and varied..very easy to get no 3 bus to center of palma .didnt have to wait more than 10 mins.a really good service that made it simple to dine oit in palma

drinks in the hotel though nice were pricey.also found the blue room restaurant pricey.

Clever room design to maximize space.

Flimsy building quality means you hear a lot of noise from neighbours. Worst of all are the doors which bang close very loudly.

Staff could be even more friendly

Quiet area with a tremendous view. Easy access to mass transit.
