There are big cues for breakfast since the room has less capacity than needed. If you go after 8:30 you might need to wait in line.

1. Location: near the beach, beautiful view from the rooms with orientation to the sea, near the public transport station (no. 41 or tourist bus; 15 minutes from metro station, Poble Nou). 2. Location: is situated in a beautiful and clean area, with many parks and sports facilities. 3. Services: excellent cleaning, consistent breakfast. 4. Services: when I booked the rooms, I asked 2 rooms with the view at the sea. Finally, they respect my request. Thank you!

1. Room: the window didn't keep isolation against the cars noise from traffic (in the morning likes an continues buzz). 2. Room (604): problems with the wi-fi - sometimes the signal was strong, but the internet didn't function; sometimes wi-fi signal was various (I used a tablet and an I-phone). 3. In other hotels, it exist at ground-floor a poster with some useful information like: the evolution of the weather for few days, rent cars, transport information, entertainment from the city s.o. It "must need" to have! 4. In 2 days, when the hotel "cover" a business meeting, I felt a little disorganization at breakfast (because the chamber is too little in these cases).

Stuff at the reception was very kind and helpfull. We were provided with free internet throughout our stay and we had some bus tickets printed from a flash usb as soon as we asked for it. We had beautiful sea view from our window.

Some noise coming from the corridors could often be heard . There were no coffee and tea facilities available in the room for free ,although this is common in other 4* hotels.

.size of the bed was exactly .The bath was so relaxing .Everytime we went to the gym/jacuzzi is was empty so we had it to are self that was a bonus .He room we had was a sea view so tat also was a bonus .The staff would help with any questions/information we had

Located in olympics area. Just next to a nice, long baech area. Quiet area. Breakfast Ok for 12 €. Parking in the hotel or close to beach area.

Some people from the Staff at reception give 100% support, but for some of them, staying around doing nothing and you think you bother them when you ask questions e.g as for the breakfast .

The view from the window was nice. Room was quite large, bathroom was clean.

They initially charged a higher cost for the room compared to the booking.com confirmation. However, after I showed them the booking.com document, the price was modified and corrected. Wifi is not reaching the rooms. Air conditioned in the room is very noisy.

Jacuzzi didn't work, saunas open late, we had to ask reception staff to switch it on it takes time to warm up.It should be on all the time as it is a big hotel!!

Everything was good. Staff friendly . Breakfast was good too, similar to other places I have been.Close to the beach,5 min walk. Close to shopping center ,10 min walk. Metro is close to shopping center is too.Bus stop is 100 m away.Bus 41 going to Plaza Cataluniya,which is good too.

Jacuzzi is not working ,when I stayed there.Spa area is little bit small .Wish they have more space for spa.Wish to have wi fi in the room.

Room service is excellent

Two things first I like we will do some Arabic channals on tv. Secondaly there are no any one to carry bags from car to hotel.

Huge secure parking under the hotel. A short stroll over the road to get to the beach and bike hire rack. Perfect location to rent a bike as the coastal sights, including La Rambla, are all flat and little peddling effort. The beacj is very nice even in winter. The room is large and spacious and the bathroom a pleasant change to some of them out there. Good value for money and highly recommended. If cycling isn't your thing, bus 41 takes you into town and back again. A 10 trip pass is less than €10 although you need to buy these at the Metro. If you pay on the bus it is double at €2 a trip

Good price for a modern beachside hotel. Internet access was free everywhere.

Facilities are average. Men's toilet in meeting section has no door closer so people from corridor can see everything inside via the reflection in the mirror! Jacuzzi was too cold and access via the car park needs to be smarter and better signposted.

Hotel location and family friendlienss

The room was very spacious and comfortable, huge double bed, very comfortable. Good location, great shopping centre nearby. Public bus going to the centre of the town stopped just outside of the front door. Close to the beach. Lovely area, many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was really nice, great choice and variety of food products and good quality. Very fast and efficient service at the reception desk (quick check in and out). Friendly and helpful staff.
