Good hotel, large rooms with good beds. Wifi works well. Beach is very nearby and beach bars and restaurants are at walking distance. Lunch and breakfast buffets offer wide choice and are prepared with care.

The staff and cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful. The only restaurant in the hotel offers only buffet and it got very noisy, especially because there were many children. You can also eat snacks (e.g. pasta, hamburger) at the bar, but they are small and expensive for what you get. For a 4-star hotel, you would expect a modern tv instead of an old CRT.

The hotel was an excellent choice to get away from it all for a weekend break. Overall adequate for our requirements. Only downside was the catering. The food was luke warm and the plates were cold which meant the food got cold quickly. The microwave at every meal to warm plates and food. Some dishes tasted a little bland but there was sufficient choice to satisfy everyone.

Chose to stay in Retamar rather than in Almeria. Excellent location next to the beach. Convenient secured parking at the hotel although many travelers parked in front of the hotel and on the street for free. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was excellent with a hugh selection of food and drink. Room was very comfortable. The sea was crystal clear. The hotel pools were spacious. Staff at the front desk spoke English and were very helpful. Excellent value for the money.

Excelente comida bufet Muy buena habitación. Cama cómoda y amplia. Personal muy amable Buenas piscinas exteriores Precio del spa en horario para niños acompañados de adulto muy caro. Hemos echado de menos una piscina climatizada.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias. Que los entretenimientos sean en la entrada del hotel,molestan si quieres tomar algo tranquilo y las animadoras son bastante pésimas.

Prachtige accomodatie in mooie omgeving. Mooi aangelegde tuin en park. Groot zwembad, ruime kamer met ruim balkon. Privé parkeren in garage tegen extra. Keuken is goed met ruime keus. Wij vonden de schoonmaak wat tegenvallen maar dat kan te maken hebben met de start van het seizoen en/of economische tegenwind. Geen airco ontdekt, waardoor de eetzaal erg warm kan worden.

Personeel aan de balie vriendelijk en professioneel, ruime kamers met goede bedden, de buffetvorm in restaurant is zeer uitgebreid en erg verzorgd de absoluut verouderde spa, niet erg proper, heel kleine sauna waarvan de houten zitbanken rot versleten zijn, het turks stoombad heeft amper stoom,er is geen echte ontspanningsruimte, douches en dompelbaden +hydrobad in 1 kleine ruimte waar ze loeiharde discomuziek spelen, een echte afknapper en 16 p.p.is dan echt te duur

La habitación, el desayuno. La falta de tranquildad, lo publicitan como relax y el hotel se llenó de niños que hacían lo que querían en la piscina, sin que hubiera personal del hotel(socorrista),padres haciendo botellón en la piscina por la tarde:botellas de cristal con vasos y bolsas de todo tipo.

Wir haben das Hotel extra wg. Seines SPA Bereiches gebucht. Die schließt aber um 18.00 Uhr - es war keine Verlängerung möglich. Bot uns aber an, um 17:45 Uhr für einen reduzierten Preis von 10 € uns noch einzulassen, um 18:00 Uhr sollte aber geschlossen werden.
