Score from 3046 reviews Very good
Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast and the restaurant served good food as well. Very good value if you can deal with the strange location.
Near nothing. 10 minute walk to the commuter train and then a 15 minute ride to the Porta del Sol. Once you have come back to the hotel after sightseeing, it is tough hike back to the train to go back into the center of the city. I am not sure why the hotel is where it is.
I have stayed at this hotel one night and I liked it there, it is very clean and comfortable, rooms are very nicely designed.
Really modern relaxing room spacious
bath room flooded from above no sense of urgency from staff
Very quiet and very good facilities
Far away from downtown
This is a short walk to a train station that is a 7min ride to Madrid Barajas airport. The staff were helpful with answering questions.
There is not much else within walking distance of the area. We basically just used this hotel to make sure we were at the airport in time for morning flights out of Madrid.
Poor/unreliable wi-fi connection; no cooked breakfast option available
Helpful staff and spacious room
Price was double during the week than during the weekend, which seems pretty unfair as room and service do not change!
Very helpful and kind staff. Room was beautifully furnished and spacious
No real restaurant in the hotel nor in the neighborhood
Staff were respectful and cordial. Check in and out were a breeze. I stayed there because I wanted to be in Madrid on the night before my international flight (I had come from a few days in Granada.) booking.com had an excellent deal. The location is close to the Fuente de la Mora train station, so getting to the airport was cheap and easy.
There isn't much around in that area, however, so be prepared to eat in the hotel restaurant or room service. The front desk told me that there was a shopping centre a ten minutes walk away, but I couldn't find it. I fully accept that could have been my fault, though.
Air conditioning system wasn't that cold
