Over het algemeen genomen was het verblijf uitstekend

de muziek bij het binnengaan, geen melding van het niveauverschil (zeer gevaarlijk)

Sfeer, netheid, viendelijke mensen, rust en een perfect ontbijt.

mooie ruime kamer, groot zwembad. Prima service. Goed ontbijtbuffet.

Locatie. dichtbij de drukke autoweg. Nadeel geluid/voordeel makkelijk ontsloten.

Everything. The staff are excellent and friendly. The spa is nice, relaxing and a good way to chill out. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the beach and nice cafe's. The rooms are good and the bed was large and comfortable.

the odour in the building which was very disturbing and uncomfortable. the position of the hotel in a region which is no so beautifful (Beton area on the coast) we used this hotel just for one night before joining the airport, I will not recommend it for a longer journey

The Spa

Clean, modern and new hotel. Frendly staff.

The noice of the busy road (a7) Bad smell in the room and bathroom.(from time to time) No beach close to the hotel The car is always needed 18€ fee/pers. For access to the inside pool We like variation in the menu, 3 times porc out of 6 times is too much Make better directions to find the hotel in the dark

The hotel staff where extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Although a little pricey, the Spa facility and treatments were superb. We will be back.

We didn't know before we arrived that some of the Spa treatments weren't available. The Spa treatment brochure needs to say that not all treatments are available every day so please check first.

I left some money and clothes in a hotel during my trip. I thought it could have been there, eventually it was not. But I truly appreciated the way the reply to me, even followed up with me the next day of my claim by phone. I felt they were genuinely concerned. Thanks

For a 4 star hotel, on a week end, opening the fitness not earlier than 10am is completely unacceptable. When asking at fo they only mentioned that it was like that. Nothing they can do, but the location is defininitively not charming and inspiring.

very clean, very efficient

The staff at reception were both professional and welcoming. Dinner was excellent in terms of the quality of food and the level of attention and attitude of the staff. The choice of hot and cold options at breakfast was outstanding. Our room was well equipped, appointed and comfortable.

In sufficient choice of cover for bed warmth. Wash bowls rather worn and plugs do not work well.

Por todos sitios se nota la falta de personal en los distintos departamentos. Falta de mantenimiento y cuidado. Asi como sobretodo falta de camareros para servicio de desayunos. Buffet de desayunos caliente frio y malo.
