Next to the Chapín Olympic Stadium, H2 Jerez is just a 15 minute walk from the Jerez Bullring. It has a gym and free Wi-Fi, and the cafe is open 24 hours a day.
Score from 336 reviews Good
This modern hotel is located next to Plaza del Arenal Square in central Jerez, just 100 metres from the Town Hall and Alcázar. Sercotel Asta Regia offers a swimming pool, gym, steam bath and sauna.
Score from 915 reviews Wonderful
Free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and spa are featured at the 4-star Hotel Jerez & Spa. Set within attractive gardens, it provides rooms with flat-screen TVs and a welcome glass of wine.
Score from 491 reviews Very good
Surrounded by lush gardens, the Sherry Park Hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool and rooms with free Wi-Fi. It is a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Jerez.
Score from 1207 reviews Excellent
The facilities were immaculately clean, the buffet was delicious, the staff was very helpful
We booked this hotel based on the booking.com mention of an airport shuttle in the hotel listing. This sounded much cheaper and more convenient than a taxi. We found upon arrival that there was no shuttle available so we had to pay €35 for a taxi. The staff ordered the taxi for us which was helpful. We also requested a full size bed in our booking and found two twin beds pushed together when we got to our room. Very disappointing.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, the room was lovely with views over the golf course and lake. The restaurant was superb with loads of choice at the buffets and beautifully presented by the chef. We were very happy with everything and would stay there again.
We stayed at several 4 star hotels on our journey through Spain and UK and this was definitely the best. There was nothing we did not like.
Breakfast included, comfort, staff attitude very positive. I like it so much I stay there regularly, even though there are lots of options in Jerez.
Wi-fi in the rooms not 100% consistent. As it is all tiles and hard surfaces, noise from reception/bar area can be transferred if you room is near there.
Room, Breakfast, staff, Location
noise in the rooms
I liked it all
The food was of a low standard for star rating and well over priced
The proximity to the race circuit The landscaping and quietness The villas are very comfortable The restaurant
excellent location good food, large well equiped rooms, bathrooms
There was a horrible smell of sewerage around the hotel but not in the rooms
the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy.
this is NOT a 5* hotel! no snack bar and no service at the main pool. The only way to get a drink was a vending machine and that was always out of something and one day was out of EVERYTHING so we couldn’t even get water. Just one restaurant. Gym and spa facilities are available BUT there is an extra charge for these. Stuck in the middle of nowhere. We had 2 VERY bored kids (8 and 14). If you have children, there are dozens of more suitable places to stay, and better value too. Also, even though there was a kettle and 2 tea bags (wow!) we couldn’t have a cup of tea in our room coz no milk (only some powdered stuff).
- Big, clean and very confortable rooms - Excelent breakfast with a lot of variety. It was very pleasant to have breakfast in the outside space. - Two nice swimming pools. One larger and good to swim and other smaller but very pleasant - Free wi-fi all over the hotel (but signal was not very strong) - You need to get in the car if you want to go anywhere (the hotel is about 5km to the town) but it is in an excelent location if you want to travel across Andaluzia or go to the race track - Nice facilities with a lot of available services (golf, tenis court, spa...) - Friendly staff
- Our balcony window had a problem and it was impossible to close it (at least not without destroying it). We told it to the staff but nothing was made to solve the problem until we left. It was expected that at least a room with a fully functional window was offered instead (or that the window was fixed). - The opening hours of the swimming pool makes no sense. Officialy it will only open at midday, the heat time, but no one cared about that and the guests use it anyway before that hour, otherwise the morning was wasted.
the outbuildin had gunpleasant odor mainly in the central hall and bathroom only accessible by car wifi is very slow outbuilding quite far from main building
I loved everything here... the room, the food, the staff and especially the outside surroundings. The pool was great and really big, the golf course and the pathways were a big plus. It was dreamy!
Nothing to complain about except poor wifi signal. I finally found out that wifi in Spain is scarce :)
Big facility. several pools.
The booking description said there was an airport shuttle. It was just as expensive with a taxi, if we stayed in town. Also, I got some food poisoning, possibly from the smoked salmon salad. It's in the middle of no where.
Everything inside is just perfect. It is close to F1 and the airport.
It is reachible only by car or maybe some bus. Simply outside Jerez city.
Comfort, breakfast, wifi, wellness facilities, scenery, free parking. Excellent location for trips to Seville, Gibraltar etc. We were totally carried away by this place, sorry for not having time to write more. Had a great great time!
It would be unjust not telling that for some reason we were lucky to be put up in the 5* hotel, not the Convention Center (originally booked), but regarding the photos the Conv. Center is also superb quality. I think breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel for Conv. Center guests too (5 min walk).
Great when you want all in one place! Good food, nice staff, great hotel, rooms, pools, spa -everything. Free parking. Great spa treatments and staff.
A 15-20 minute car ride from Jerez city, but not a problem if you are traveling to do golf or horseback riding -or just mainly want to spend your time at the great facilities. A small challenge that spa staff understood very little English.
Breakfast very good and the bed is confortable. Decoration is very pretty.
Sound inside the rooms. You can listen the other rooms and corridor. I think they can have a bigger shower glass, its to small.
The friendly & helpful staff, nice room & views.
The entrance gave a poor impression - evidence of possible subsidence at the door and poor signage - we weren't sure that we were entering a hotel, might just have been the staff accomodation block. The signage on approach suggested continuing straight ahead at the roundabout instead of taking a left turn. There are no facilities on site, and having to go to to a different building on the campus for meals is not satisfactory.
Breakfast was excellent .We were upgraded to a villa which was great even if only for one night. Staff very helpful and friendly Lovely location and golf course looks very good
Quite a bit out of Jerez which we wished to visit and no transport from hotel available. Which is a pity as Jerez is a very difficult city to navigate with very poor signage
I was at Montecastillo for the MotoGP, perfect location right next to the track. Plenty of parking available even though the hotel was full. I was in a room that was about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel, not a problem for me but it may have been for older or less able guests. Good, helpful staff most speak some English but please try to speak to them in Spanish and at least make an effort.
Wasn't told prior to my arrival that access to the hotel would be restricted due to the MotoGP. All was fine once I had collected a car pass from the organisers but the hotel should have told me that I would need to do this. It is a shame that the building development that the hotel is on has stopped work, not the hotels fault but sad to see so many half built apartment buildings.
Stylish and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Buffet dinner was also good value. Room was lovely and the shower excellent.
The wifi - Almost impossible to work. It isn't a big thing but vital if you are working and so easy to put right.
I originally book there 4* hotel the Forrest but on arrival was told I would be staying at the Barcelo, I booked the Forrest because like the Barceló it was next to the Race Track were my son was doing track test days, it was very peaceful apart from the bikes! not bad driving distance from most attractions & cities, the staff were very helpful a bit expensive for me so it would not be my first choice but would be happy to stay again if I could afford it. Mainly a golfers paradise.
In many ways you could say a bit out of the way, so not a lot to do so you will need to travel a bit to see more of that lovely part of Spain.
a first class location, quet and nice with big, exzellent rooms/bathrooms, good restaurant and very good free internet. The value for money is worldclass.
...nothing to complain
