The quality of the food I would like to have said how good the quality of the food was at the Pool Bar but waited for 1hr 15mins one lunchtime for order to arrive, which never came. Refused to go there again and had lunch in one of the many restaurants in the town. |

Great location and excellent facilities. Large, modern comfortable rooms. Good evening entertainment. Extensive buffet selection in large restaurant. Some staff issues. Said they would advise when room ready but had to remind them after an hour. Room not made up one day & very late another day. Drinks service in restaurant seemed disorganised at times. |

The Hotel was fantastic thoroughly enjoyed our stay A few points to note a lot of the delph in the restaurant were chipped or cracked and the other small annoyance was the towels on the loungers all day even though some people would never attend the pool. This did not in any way spoil our stay with the hotel and hope to return another time. |

La piscine, le cadre La nourriture n'était pas de la qualité attendue pour un hotel 4 étoiles, L'hotel etait trop bruillant, nous entendions les voisins dans les chambres voisines et les gens marcher dans le couloir, La clientèle également etait tres decevante car les gens etaient irréspectueux, au restaurant par exemple les gens etaient trop bruillant. Nous n'avons pas passé un seul repas au calme. |

La comida Las habitaciones. La primera estaba sucia y además tenía un olor fatal, que nos obligó a cambiar de habitación. La segunda no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y a la tercera los mandos a distancia de la televisión no funcionaban |

las habitaciones son buenas, grandes y comodas, el dasayuno bueno, bastante completo la distancia de la recepcion a la habitacion, que el horario de la cena termine 9:30 pm, la fragilidad de las tarjetas , la temperatura del agua de las picinas |
