Very modern. Staff very helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location: 2mins from central station and 10-15min walk from town centre.

Car park is expensive. Breakfast expensive. Two single beds pushed together, not ideal for a couple to sleep in. The room as a little more basic than I'd expect.

We liked the location close to the railway station, the cleanness and the friendly staff that gave us good indications how to get around best in Màlaga.

Conveniently located accessible to Regional and local trains network. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Some noise heard during the early morning, probably entering and leaving other hotel rooms.

I booked through booking.com but the price at the hotel was much cheaper and included breakfast. Staff were not helpful, bar staff were never there. Jacuzzi in room didnt work

Location, not in the heart of downtown. Rooms are small, staff should be a bit more bilingual.

My room was 616 and it was very warm, we could not control from the room.

Wonderful location been connected to the shopping mall, train station and bus station. Large, clean, spacious room and nicely ridecorated. Staff was super. perfect for a city-trip

Complicated and slow check-in proceedure leading to delays at reception

As we were traveling by train,its location within the train station was ideal! The desk staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly! We left Malaga by plane and were able to get a shuttle /train to the airport as well, so the location was perfect!

Fantasticly located at the Train Station ideal for early starts

Proximity to Maria Zambrano station. It couldn't be closer which made it really easy to get to the airport by train for our flight home. The price was reasonable as well.

Clearly designed with the business person in mind so very modern and impersonal. The room had a remote control black out blind on the window, which was brilliant, but a semi see-through panel between the bathroom and bedroom meant that the whole bedroom lit up when the bathroom light went on. No discreet visits to the loo, then.

In a great position in Malaga. Right next to both the railway and the bus stations, and set within a large indoor shopping mall which has a wide selection of food outlets. Very well run and immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

The dividing walls are a little thin - this is probably due to the modular type of design used in the room construction. Also the corridors are quite dark although there are courtesy lights which turn on as you make your way to your room. The furnishings are very modern (we liked them) so if you are not a fan of Ikea then they might not be cosy enough for you.

Close to train staion for renfe and local train to airport 2 euros for easy 15 min trip

The reception staff were efficient anf friendly. Lifts worked well. Hotel bar served (including cocktails) until 1 a m. Breakfast was adequate, although the tortilla was sub-standard. In general the breakfast lacked sparkle. Proximity to the excellent railway station and bus station is a big advantage.

WiFi facilities were available in all bedrooms. Hoever, the hotel did not provide internet facilities to non WiFi users. Facilities were supposed to be available on the first floor, but the management said they were in need of repair. I do not believe this as I was there for one week, and the position was unchanged. It was suggested that I use a nearby internet cafe. This is not good enough in a 4 star hotel. Overall, I would say that the hotel lacks character.
