The decor is chic and fun! The breakfast is excellent. Breakfast served
till noon is a big bonus. Location in the railway station is very
convenient for transfer to the airport and for travelling out of Malaga.
The sound-proofing ensured we could not hear the trains.

Although the hotel's location in the railway station was convenient for
me, I should also note that the area around a railway station in any
city is never elegant. This applies to Malaga too. However I didn't
have any negative experience, so it's not a complaint, just a point to
note. The old town is a >20 minute walk from the hotel but buses and
taxis are cheap.

Not a lot

The fact that the bathroom had no door and the hotel staff could not
offer us another room, manager was unavailable very little response from
reception staff, a very unsatisfactory situation

Staff at front desk were awesome from the start. Very friendly and
helpful. Nice atmosphere and decoration. Great showers in rooms, huge
comfy beds. All good. Hi tech feel. And of course, breakfast was 5 star.

Some construction going on making the surroundings ugly.. Nothing they
can do about it I suppose.

Friendly and helpful staff, great shower, excellent breakfast. Spacious
accommodation and generally very comfortable.

On the tv would have liked an English music channel and possibly an
English film channel to relax to, after a busy time exploring the City.
We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the City is.

the breakfast was excellent, with great variety, quality and freshness of food. as well, it was a great value to be included in the rate

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent accommodation and facilities. Quirky, modern interior and high tech fittings in rooms! Buffet breakfast is of high quality and very well presented. I will undoubtedly use this hotel again. Its closeness to both the rail terminal and the bus station, which has a regular airport service, is a particular advantage.

A very modern clean and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff
and efficient service. The hotel is located within the grounds of the
main railway station and a huge shopping centre so travel and shopping
is all at hand.

No complaints at all.

Location is brilliant, just at the trainstation, 5 min from a big mall and 10 min walk from the historical part. Very modern and fun design. Comfortable beds, saftey deposit, good closets, size of the room is good. Buffet breakfast was delicious...this is one of the best hotel we have stayed at. We were very pleased.

We were happy with everything perhaps that the cleaning could have been a little better, they were bad in filling up new bathroom articles

It is a fantastic hotel. You should be very proud of your staff as they are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to have pulled off catering for every type of client. Well done

I was rather disappointed not to be allocated a room with a bath as this would have been a real treat for my four year old son. The reason was because I had my dog with me but it would have been good if I had been advised of this at the time of the booking. The staff at this hotel did explain the reason and did seem to be genuinely regretful that they couldn't accommodate my request.
