Calm environment

Expensive on top of hotel price. No indoor swimming pool

Everything. Beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated. Lovely spacious room

Restaurant wasn't as good as expected.Pity the room didn't have a deck/outside sitting area - otherwise very happy.

The hotel was beutiful, very good value for money. Service was also very good

An extremely interesting building, full to the rafters with oddities and artwork. You can walk the halls and feel like you're in a museum, every nook is filled with some strange sculpture or painting. The monastery setting lends it a bit of awe, the church was impressive (used for weddings) . In the mountains, close to hiking destinations / national parks. Outside pool was big and relatively deserted, Spa was pleasant Staff were extremely polite and some spoke very good english.

Room was fairly average, although the linen was good. Hotel guests still have to pay for the Spa, with discount. Restaurant too expensive for us so didn't try.

To stay in an actual 16th century Monastery was an experience we will remember forever. The staff were very helpful, and our villa was beautiful. The renovations are marvellous, it even has its own church, so a wedding there would be a truly amazing experience. The included buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Would love to return.

The evening meal started at 9 o'clock! Because there is nowhere really to go for a meal earlier, this would not suit everyone. The meal itself was quite expensive.

A beautiful hotel in an old monastery. The modern interior was tasteful and compatible with the 16th century building. Great amenities, including a wonderful restaurant on site.

Rooms were very comfortable and the showers were great. Loved the fact that there is a spa for massage, jacuzzi etc. Also loved the decor and all the interesting places to relax

Restaurant was a bit dissapointing, as some of the food was not up to par for a 5 star hotel.

The staff were not welcoming and we were disappointed to find out how expensive the spa was to access in the absence of the pool usage as it was too cold.

L'hotel est plus que magnifique,calme,les chambres sont spacieuses avec un salon Le restaurant rien à dire a voir.

Situado en un entorno montañoso muy bonito, pero necesitas coche para salir del hotel a lo que sea. La decoración está muy cuidada y la piscina exterior muy agradable.

El desayuno no se corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Es correcto pero no excepcional. Otros hoteles de esta categoría incluyen el Spa y en est no está incluido.

El restaurante y el Spa son muy caros.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, la decoración preciosa y el entorno privilegiado. El spa es perfecto para relajarse. Esta cerca de otros nucleos de poblacion y de 3 parques naturales importantes.

Le batiment est superbe, la décoration un peu chargée mais agréable et chaleureuse. Le personnel est très attentif.Le restaurant est d'une très bonne qualité. (Comparable aux paradors)La literie est tout simplement exceptionnelle !

Il serait utile de préciser à l'avance ou de montrer en photos ou sur un plan l'emplacement des chambres (dans le batiment principal) et des villas ( dans des batiments neufs, extérieurs).
