air conditioning set at too high temperature and not fixed during our stay despite reporting to the hotel. Location a bit too far to walk to shops bars & restaurants. 15 euro per day car parking put us off leaving the car at the hotel when there was free parking available nearby a more modest fee and we would have parked at the hotel

Rooms were lovely with great views. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the bar prices very reasonable

I had 50 euro's taken from my room and the reception staff didnt seem to bothered by this when I reported it. I then had the do not disturp sign on my door for the remainder of my stay and requested at the reception that nobody else enters my room however the cleaners still came in ever day.

The food was discussing - breakfast was horrid - stale bread , salty food , tasteless muffins and croissants were stale too - the hot food was salty and I couldn't give to my son and the staff were unfriendly

The room was very large and the views across the the golf course fantastic.

Staff really good expecially Pilar in the bar / restaurant and the cook at breakfast (don't know her name but very helpful).

Location, really hard to find, friends joined us but had trouble finding hotel even though they had GPS.

Una habitación preciosa con terraza escuchando el sonido del agua de la fuente muy relajante si abrias la ventana, la cama super cómoda y el baño con ducha y bañera independientes. Muy buen hotel.

El salón del desayuno es tan amplio que los productos están dispuestos muy alejados, la máquina del café estaba en la otra punta del salón. Algún detalle del mobiliario de la habitación estaba deteriorado.

Modern hotel met goede faciliteiten tussen de golfvelden.

Ligging ver van het strand en dorpscentrum. Het ontbreken van een mooi terras. Dure parkeergelegenheid.

Mycket väl beläget hotel för bl.a. Golfspel. Hyggligt nära nöjen. Stort rum med bra badrum.. Stort och fint poolområde.

Öde hotel. Dålig belysning i korridorerna till rummen. Mörka och lite dystra rum. Frukost- och restaurangen var mycket tråkiga. Dåligt mottagande av personal på frukosten. Ingen bra frukost och buffe' skulle jag inte äta där. Det fanns utrymme på hotellet som var trevliga men baren var inte speciellt välstädad.

Me encantaron los amplios patios, las piletas, el bar que abre todas las noches a las 22 horas sobre el patio central, el desayuno y el balcón de mi habitación (daba al patio).

Todo lo que viví y conocí en el hotel fue de mi agrado. Un único detalle: la pileta de mi baño perdía agua por el desagote, dado que mi estadía fue corta no solicite reparación.

El hotel es precioso. Las habitaciones amplias, bonitas y con terraza.

El servicio es pésimo. Llegamos tarde al hotel. Sabíamos que no podríamos cenar, pero nos dijeron que hasta la 1 podíamos pedir un sandwich. A las 12.20h nos dijeron que ya no había nada. La propia camarera nos ofreció una bolsa de patatas fritas que tenían para el personal y nos fuimos a la cama sin cenar y casi sin beber...

Las habitaciones son muy grandes.

Demasiado ruido en el hotel y en especial en la cafetería donde sobra la música ante tanta gente a la hora del desayuno.Mala señalización del hotel y de como llegar a el una vez situados en San Pedro de Alcantara

Practicamente todo, desde la atencion en recepcion hasta el desayuno continental que es fabuloso. Las habitaciones son comodas y tienen todas unas terraza muy grandes para relajarse sobre el campo de golf o la piscina del hotel.

Os Hoteis Barceló são excelentes. Conforto e qualidade. Claro, se possivel aconselho estadia com tudo incluido. Estadia muito acima da média.

Piscina um pouco escorregadia.

Es un sitio muy bonito, para repetir con mas tiempo.

El buffet de desayuno está bien, pero si eres "inexperto" no te das cuenta de lo que hacen en vivo, yo casi me pierdo desayunar tortitas porque no ví que las hicieran hasta que alguien las pidió directamente...

El trato por parte del personal de recepción fue excelente, tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos habían dado y rápidamente lo subsanaron, es más tuvieron el detalle de darnos una habitación de categoría superior.

Las instalaciones para ir con niños pequeños se quedan un poco pequeñas, pienso que el hotel está mas enfocado a otro tipo de clientela y no precisamente a familias con niños pequeños.
