Vriendelijk personeel, hielpen goed. Het appartement was seer schoon.

Appartement was zeer gehorig. De buren hadden de hele dag en s avonds de tv aanstaan, klonk alsof je ernaast stond, de bank was compleet versleten en met een doek bedekt.

Wasmachine en zelfs vaatwasser waren aanwezig.

Geen airco, alleen maar ventilator, dus het was bloed heet in appartement. De appartement is best wel ver van place Cattalunya.

Net , ruim appartement met voldoende slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Ideaal voor 6 personen. Mooie locatie, van hieruit sta je met de taxi zo overal door barcelona.

Having a wash machine was great...however there was no clothes dryer when we got there, so that was dissappointing. Having the use of a kitchen was good.

The shower water only came on extremely hot or very cold. This was not the location I booked on-line. It was smaller than the pictures and not in the same area. I was very dissappointed.

The price was amazing for an apartment in a wonderful location. We were unaware the apartment would be down the road from the check in office, however the apartment was amazing and we couldn't fault it.

A resident of the building complained that we were making too much noise, we immediately stopped making noise, however we went for a friends birthday and were unaware that we were staying in a residential area as the reservation did not make this clear when booking.

Very homely apartment and not very far from center

I would have took a taxi to get there from their office but i was told it's very close and then i waste half an hour to search for the apartment

Check-ib procedure: you go to main office, take key and then moving to apartments. I did not know exact location of aparments until arrived. Not in the center, but with close metro station it was not so critial.

Spacious apartment, nice location, and close to metro.

No wifi when told there would be. Rooms were not set out as said in advert, which meant 1 person sleeping alone, which wasn't what we'd paid for. The buzzer never worked on arrival, meaning we had to stand outside until someone opened the door.

Everything, it really felt like home, we didn't want to leave. The price, the staff, the service, and the very homely apartment.

It was more of a thirty minute walk from their office with bags than the fifteen I was told. I would have took a cab if had I known. It was a beautiful day though so hey ho.

The apartment was very clean and cosy. All the facilities were excellent. I strongly recommend this apartment, especially for family with children.

I booked apartments on booking.com with 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one twin. In real it was found one bedroom with 3 beds, one small single bedroom, and small sofa-bed in sitting room. We called apartments office and asked to change apartments as per our order. They told that they won't do anything as they provide us 6 sleeping accommodation. We were traveling as 2 family with 2 adult children. So one family had to sleep in sitting room, another with their child in double bedroom that was completely uncomfortable. Apartment employees told us that booking.com providing not correct information about quality of apartments in order to attract clients payment.

The apartment we stayed in, I believe was 266 Fontanella... It's about a 10-12min walk to Las Ramblas and 10euro taxi ride to the nightlife. The apartment was nice and priced great! They have other apartments throughout Barcelona some are closer.

If you are looking to be in the middle of Las Ramlas and the Wifi didn't work when we arrived but someone came with a Wifi router which fixed the problem.

Good location (15 min. from Aerobus stop - pl. Catalunia).The apartment was very well equiped.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Nice size for two people, the kitchen was easy to work in. The location was within walking distance from many of the major attractins in Barcelona

The Wifi was not very good and when it did work it was very slow. Heating was an issue since it was February, but space heaters were provided to help heat the apartment.

Living room and balcony were great. Lots of room for many people. Kitchen was well equipped.

Locking / unlocking the doors were a challenge. Check in place and apartments were at different locations, which we didn't know. So had to drag our suitcases around twice.

The map indicating the location of this apartment was misleading as it turned out to be the location of the head office and not where the apartment was located. The heating did not work for 3 nights and was only fixed on our last evening. Also, someone had clearly been in our apartment while we were out on the second day as a laundry airer was moved in off the balcony and someone had been smoking in there. Other than those points though, it was fine.
