Great location, friendly staff, the ability to cook a hot breakfast

Only one set of keys (there were three of them, have not always been together in a room badly prohdil phone signal)

Location and value for money

The reception is unmanned, we arrived late to barcelona and by the time we reached center Plaza it was 9 PM, the door bell did not work and we had to wait for 30 mins outside the apartment with all our luggage when we arrived from the airport, please make sure u call Center plaza from airport so that they are waiting for you.

Staff(Isabella) were friendly, courteous and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower fantastic. The location perfect for walking to the sights and close to the metro. Recommend highly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

-Staff are very helpful and flexible with guests' needs. Isabella stayed up to check us in for a late night arrival. -Location was ideal. You can walk to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. A Metro Station is just outside the door. -Building is old and charming.

-Rooms could be updated with better furniture. Beds are not very comfortable and some kitchen equipment are worn-out. Dining table and chairs could be of better quality to make it more fitting of the old world charm of the building.

The staffs are not present all the time. Sometimes the lift does not work.

Check-out was a bit confusing when there was no one there at the designated time, but we just left the keys on the desk.

The location was excellent right in the centre of the city. Communication from hotel was faultless they sent very good instructions about how to reach from airport. Room had kettle fridge and crockery plus wash up items.

Building had two metro lines right underneath and early morning trains woke us as the building shuddered.

Super location, very nice staff, lovely apartment/hotelroom-combo with stone floors and balcony. Very clean. We will definitely stay there again! (we are 2 friends who have both previously lived in Barcelona)

The apartment person Ms.Isabella was quick to respond our mail request for late check in after mid-night. Though there is a bit of a charge for the late night check-in, she was friendly and helpful and made of Check- in smooth at mid-night and gave us lot of useful tips about the city. Dos and Donts in the city is written clearly in English in the reception which was very healful. Excellent kitchen with all adequate for a family cooking (specailly the indian way). Fridge, electric glass plate are all available.

The floor are looking old and may need some renovation. Kitchen requires a microwave, coffee maker and bread toaster

Center Plaza is just perfect. Localization, price and great rooms, when you can cook. Near of Barri Gotic, Ramblas, markets and metro.

Its an really nice place to relax. There is no stress and all is easy. Its perfect to stay for a weekend there. We had our on washroom

It was at a great location, we walked to many of the major areas recommended in our travel book. Since we (my sister and I) were on a budget, our room had a mini fridge and cooking area where we could have our tea and sandwiches. The morning staff person was very helpful and friendly.

A very nice house in the center of Barselona. Plaza Catalunia is in 5 minutes on foot. Metro station Urqinaona is accross the road. Main big shops are also not far. A very good staff. Great thank to Isa, for her help and recomendations

Very very good location

the metro station of line 1 and 4 are just at the other side of the building. 10 min walking to Plaza Catalonia. Room are clean with small balcony and large windows. There are folks, spoons, plates, bowls and hair-dryer. Very convenient.

The front desk clerk is not always there even during reception time.

The apartment had everything you need to save money in meals (and was close to a supermarket) and it was very pleseant (two balconies) and close to the Ramblas. And with a metro station just in front of it.

It was wonderful. The room was very quiet (we had a double bed, room #1 facing the courtyard), except for the birds in the morning but we had earplugs. The toilet wasn't noisy like described in other reviews (may have been fixed since then or it was maybe in another room). The bed was fairly comfortable. There was a small tv. The kitchen was tiny but we didn't really use it for cooking. We were able to leave our luggage in the hall after check-out which was really fantastic since our flight was late at night. The location was amazing. We did so much by foot! Would definitely recommend this place. The doors are thin so yes, you can hear other people, but it didn't disturb us at all.

Self catering accommodation in Barcelona, excellent location and big comfortable rooms. Would stay there again!

Very loud. Feels like a hospital ward.

Room, bed and facilities were clean. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs plus table (city view, not interesting).

Very noisy building, all rooms connected to a central hall where everybody enters/leaves. You hear people talk, doors slam, etc. Some tiles on the floor were cracking/loose. The reception is not always staffed (as indicated). Overall I would prefer other hotels.

The location was very good. Almost in the center of Barcelona. The metro stop is just the opposite side of the street. The room was spaceous, however a bit simple. The place was quiet. Free WiFi worked well, even in a distant room.

The kitchen was very basic. Only a plate for two pots and a toaster, no microwave oven. It was not a big problem, however if you would like to cook yourself, be prepared for this.

The staff paid special attention to our needs above and beyond. We were given lots of information and advice to make our stay easier and enjoyable. The 4 person studio was spacious with a large kitchenette and a lovely terrace balcony, the location was ideal for walking and the metro and it was nice to have our rooms cleaned daily. Great value for money.

Studio was a bit tired looking and was in need of some decorating. A microwave would have come in handy. Couldn't get wifi to work.
