Great location. Close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent, well organized and friendly staff. Spacious, clean room (double bed). None.

The hostel is clean, comfortable, in a convenient location and the staff is friendly. Overall it represents great value for money in Barcelona. A few pet peeves: - Poor wifi internet connection. - Very squeaky bed. - Fluctuations in shower temperature and pressure.

La dirección de hotel es muy buena,cerca de LA CASA DE BATLLO,LA PLAZA CATALUNYA,además hay unos supermercados,tiedas por aquí cerca.Los empleados y jefe son muy buenos.Tráfico es muy conveniente.Total es muy bueno. Señal de wifi no es buena.

Definitely staying at BCN city centre hostal again, if I were to visit BCN. It was clean, well equipped, in the right location not far from downtown, and friendly. Maria, one of the staff, was so kind to let us know the where abouts of BCN on the arrival with a map, which was very helpful. Good place to stay.

Nice people at the hostel, they gave us good advices. Very close to Plaza de Catalunya, (5min walking) and 2 subway stations. There was a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We arrived at 1:00 am, and we had to get our keys from an hotel 2 blocks away (3min walking), but that was ok, in the morning there was already someone there.

Personal is very friendly. We got support when we asked any questions. Very good location. In the middle of the city. 5 minutes max to Plaza de Cataluniya. Near to all what you will need in Barcelona. 1 second to the supermarket. There is a public kitchen in the hotel. It makes your travel cheaper. Doors of toilet and entering door doesn't enter all. But it really doesn't matter.

Very nice hostel, very clean rooms which are cleaned everyday. Nice facilities with AC, TV, and a shared kitchen area with basic utensils, a refrigerator and a microwave. The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival, she explained all areas of tourist interest and how to travel there. Early checkout but you can leave your luggage and pick up later.

Staff was by friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat. It was right on Balmes, but was amazingly quiet with the door closed. A/C!

very good location, close to the main streets and all bars and night clubs. very nice and lovely staff. clean, cozy rooms. i had a double bed and another single bed in my room. free WiFi in the rooms. free internet access from computer (in addition to the WiFi) free use of kitchenware - plates, cutlery, microwave. hotel staff is not available 24h in the hotel itself. they're in the hotel from the morning hours until 17:00 - 18:00. the rest of the time available by phone.

La dame qui m ' a réceptionné, parle français ce qui est exception. à Barcelone, et m' a remis un plan avec multiples infos, les lignes de bus et métros me conduisants vers les principaux sites à visiter. Je suis enchantée de mon séjour de 8 jours A barcelone on parle très peu Français. . . et pourtant nous ne sommes qu'à 150 kms de la frontière.

El trato de María, el silencio, la limpieza la familiaridad que te ofrecen nada más llegar en fin que la estancia ha sido estupenda y relajada.El lugar siendo muy centrico es increible el silencio en el hostal. En fin muy contentas.Gracias María. Uno de los colchones que se incaban los muelles. Creo que habia que cambiarlo ha sido lo unico negativo.

L'accueil de la dame de l'hotel est impeccable, de plus elle parle un français parfait et donne toutes les infos nécessaires.Vraiment un accueil très agréable et sympa. La dureté du matelas!!On n'a pas bien dormi, ainsi que le bruit dans le couloir, les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées.
