The location, the comfort in the bed, the nice shower, the beauty of the hotel, the nice staff, quiet room.
Shower without a door, so water spills in the bathroom and small room the space to walk from the bed to the bathroom is quite small.
Due to Poor & unacceptable customer service by a member of staff in the Resturant we avoided and were resorted to eat out at extra expeince.
Easy walking distance to old city centre Good breakfast buffet
Great Location, walking distance from the Barceloneta, the gothic quarter and other tourist attractions. Modern edge, clean and elegant and good value for money at least at the time i booked it
No option for breakfast to be included at a reasonable price
No kettle in the room. Restaurant Staff wouldn't allow us take a cup of tea to our room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is really great. Bed very comfortable. Overall it's a very nice hotel and a good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.
Breakfast a bit expensive. Room is quite dark even in the day.
Staff at reception second to none! A beautiful room - at a great price ! Great location- perfect for seeing the major sights,a tasty breakfast,
Location, close to port and beach and historical area. Clean large room. Great staff.
Twin beds pushed together but called queen bed.
Very good service with friendly staff. Excellent location.
Wifi should be better and easer to use. I was on the ground floor so could here subway trains pass under the building.
Obviously, location..Right in the heart of the gothic district and only 1 block from the waterfront.. many, many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and efficient, rooms were spotless. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street
Car parking was off site and, from an outsider, hard to find without talking to the staff first..suggest you ring them prior to your stay to find the location.
location is very good. The beach 20 min walk, very crowded. Stuff is responcive.
Water at the beach is durty. tea or cofee was only in the bar jver 2 eur for cup. Our room was on the right side but too close to main avenue. So we coudn't sleep well.
Location, location, location.
First room provided had strong smoke smell, second one had all windows facing walls and were pretty small.
Its close to rambla just 10 mins walking which is best part and its value for money cause price wat u r paying u r getting next to five star as compare other hotels which r close by...big reception good welcome .good hospitality ..must go
No toilet use items like shampoo ,bath gel ..even no boil machine
Loved the balcony so we could sit and relax. Very useful to have fridge. Air con was brilliant.
Expected free wifi.
Their service and help was excellent.
Breakfast was terrible! Road noise was bad Extra cost for room safe key
Good location. Friendly staff.
No room service. Interrupted WiFi. Uninspiring and unappetising breakfast. No fruit salad, the rest consisting mainly of white breadrolls, very oily bacon and sausages, ice cold boiled eggs so hard you can play golf with them.
Location and service
no shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room at all
The hotel was very clean and homey. The area was very quiet and tourist friendly.
A little too expensive. Not very close to the shopping area and what I think is the most interesting part of Barcelona. However it is very close to port vell which was useful because our cruise ship left from there. Also didn't include breakfast which a lot of other European hotels do.
The empty fridge which they called a 'minibar' and which the customer is supposed to fill with his own drinks!
Very good hotel with a friendly staff, We had a big room on the 6th floor, The hotel looks very new and a little bit design, rooms, loby are clean. we had a room with a small terras, modern bathroom and good beds. Location is good, near by everthing (beach, habor, centre, ramblas and Born district
none, maybe you can have some noise of the metro, buth thats always if you have a underground in the city!
Quite room. Good bed. Nice last minute booking. Without the 70% discount I got it wouldn't be worth the 300 euro per night they charge for that type of room though. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that.
Complicated check in. My last minute booking trough booking.com wasn't in their system. I showed them my confirmation code on my phone and gave my reservation code but still they required me to send the e-mail as well (although the code should do). Lost quite some time in the process (getting on expensive roaming to send an email) and staff was not particularly helpfull.
Poor breakfast, electricity not working if key is not in the room - cannot left phone for charging
Shocking beds and pillows. Two single beds together, separate sheets. Supposed to be matrimonial bed. Pillows ridiculously large giving sore neck. Room is not sound proof from outside noise. Shower floor doesn't dry properly and always has puddles of water
