Held tickets for me, big large apartments good for group bookings

The doors to the apartment do not open properly with key. The door needs to be pushed hard at a certain point, I could not do this at 4am, and the manager of the hotel was reluctant to help when I called, when on booking.com this hotel is advertised as 24 hr service desk.

Very large apartments, good for groups of friends.

The doors were nearly impossible to open, even with a key. Which was awful at 4am. Also picture of hotel in www.booking.com is not the actual hotel!

- the apartment is huge - clean - very good location, near the metro station and 15 minutes by walk to Camp Nou

- one of the bathroom is too small - it is hard to get a shower without making the whole bathroom into water

good location for Airport(15mins),Camp Nou, Metro. Good base for explore from.

Pictures on the web made the flat look bigger then it was. A welcome pack of basics(Milk, Water, Juice, tea and coffee) would be nice but supermarche is just round the corner

Very convinient location, 2 mins walk to Metro station, bus stops and 5 mins walk to Train station Saint. A real kitchen. Vey helpful staff.

During the night, you could hear the noise when trains passing by.

Excellent location, 2 mins from metro. Very clean & spacious appartment. Vivien was very helpful providing a map and advising us on the best attractions and the best way to get to them. Highly recommend the appartment.

You can hear the children playing in the school next to the appartment.

It's so great to stay here. Everything is perfect. will recommend it to others and stay here again when travelling to Barcelona.

Excellent location very close to metro station - 20 minutes in to city centre but plenty of restaurants locally much better value. Apartment spotlessly clean and very spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly.I would definitely stay here again.

Very difficult to find especially if you're driving as no name on the building so you dont know if you have the right place or not.

I like the city infrastructure and the well maintained planning .also when I went to any of place I have listen and even loved to say each people hola.

I didnt like is that there is no vegetrian food available in the city main stations or any were around,even in macdonalds they dont offer veggie burger.secondly some of taxis were calculating fare with additional 5 to 6 euros extra and adding with the metered charged which was horrible.other than this every thing is to the mark.

apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed for our stay.Great value for money, ideal location to explore the city.

checking out time of 11am was a little early.midday would be better.

I enjoyed the accessibility to the metro and bus routes. The facilities are are good enough to make yourself at home for the duration of your stay. It was our own space away from home, really helpful and friendly staff.

Apartment is in excellent location and Amazing approach by the people... Our son had got sprain in the Leg and Vivian drove her car to the Pharmacy and got medicines.... Great hospitality... Amazing... No Words to Say.... We really impressed with the help of Vivian...

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment as i knew the place and used to live around there during my younger years. It may not be near to the center of Barcelona but is not too far as well, is accessable by various modes of transportation and Sants Statio is just 5-10min walk if you are travelling by train from different cities or countries. Is also a good location if you want to experience the local life. The staff are really helpful as well.

Is not a major problem but if you are a light sleeper you might hear the trains as there is the trainline nearby. But if you had a good day in Barcelona and feel tired that will not matter.

location is good. minutes walk to Barcelona Sants station and metro staion. under 30 min travel from airport. rooms are tidy and facilities are good. Reception staff are really friendly. Good value for money.

our room is next to reception and it just above the metro line. if you have problem with sleeping with sounds then avoid. we could hear train noice and feel vibration (little bit) for every 5-10 min. Metro runs all night and Saturday. Wifi signal is poor. You need to either open front door or stand outside to get good signal.

Not easy to find as there is no sign outside. A very noisy primary school behind the wall. Can hear and feel all the vibrations of the metro trains going just under the apartment.

Close to main Metro Lines. Easy access from airport.

Need to be careful to prevent shower from leaking onto floor. No door betwee sleeping area and lounge room.

The flat we've been assigned to is on the third floor and is big enough to comfortably hosts 7 persons. It looks like it has been renewed recently. Even though we did't used it extensively, the kitchen has new furnitures and electrical appliances in perfect shape ( fridge, washing machine, microwave oven ) and all rooms are properly clean and equipped, bathrooms included ( one with bathtub, shower equipped, and the other shower only). Logistically speaking the flat is easily reacheable from El Prat airport by using the Renfe train to Barcelona Saints Estacio' and a little walk ( or a one stop metro journey ). Metro station ( Plaza de Sants ) is 50 meter from the apartment and connects to the most visited city attractions in less than 20 mins. Communications with the staff has been good both before and during our stay. Overall we found it a quiet and comfortable family accomodation suitable for even longer periods to allow an extensive discovery of the beatiful city.

Check in and check out is very quick, and Alex / Vivian at the apartment office is very helpful and attentive. Location is very near to the Metro, especially metro lines to visit the main attractions in Barcelona.

Location is a bit hard to find in the beginning as this is really a residential apartment and not labelled as "Barcelona Station"

C'est très bien situé, le metro est tout près et il y a une boulagerie et épicerie à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Durant la semaine, le wi-fi n'a pas fonctionné pour quelques jours. Il manque certains accessoires dans la cuisine pour qu'elle soit fonctionnelle a son maximum. Dans le loft c'est 2 lits simples

Its location, rooms equipped with kitchen stuffs, free Wi-Fi and friendly staff.

Sometimes the staff is out of office and difficult to reach. However, after a short period of time if you call him, you will see him with smile and apology. No one will complain to his attitude, so I would say it is almost perfect to live in this apartment rent by day.

Vivian is a lovely host.She met me in a corner of the street for a long long time,She gave me a free map and a lot of help,Thank you so much!
