Em va agradar molt l'atenció prèvia i la facilitat per arribar a qualsevol hora, ja que havíem d'arribar tard a la nit Hi va haver un petit detall que no em va agradar gens, potser perquè sóc una mica torracollons, però em sembla que com a client he de reclamar els mateixos serveis que la resta. L'atenció del personal de l'hotel, tant el dia de l'arribada com l'endemà al matí, al fer el "check-out" va ser en castellà, quan jo em dirigia al personal en català. Mentre estavem fent el "check-out" una senyora es va dirigir a la recepcionista en anglès i aquesta li va respondre en anglès sense cap problema. Em sembla que no cal afegir res més. |

La modernitat de l'hotel i que les habitacions eren molt maques. El llit era doble, no dos junts. Hi havia torre de música a més de televisió. Alguna manca de comoditat a l'habitació: era de dos pisos, el llit era a dalt però l'armari a baix. L'aigua sortia amb poca força i el suport per a la "regadora" d'aigua se movia. |

La situació i l'espai de les habitacions Si a les habitacions de dues plantes hi pogués haver un armari al pis d'alt i un plat de dutxa o banyera al d'abaix seria perfecte. |

The physical comfort of the hotel and it's location Most of the staff at the reception desk were not very friendly and did not seem concerned with the questions I had. When I had questions or requests they would just shrug their shoulders. One women was very kind and helpful but I only saw her once. |

Beautiful room. Short pool, and during the day, it's in the shadow of the building most of the time. The water of whole pool is by the knees. Employee answered in catalan when I asked in english. We heard noise from next room, bad soundproof. |

Nothing really Very disappointed with everything about the stay. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the gym should not be listed as a gymnasium as its inadequate and NOT a gym! The fact you have to pay adds further insult. The pool also disappointing along with breakfast. |

The room was spacious enough, it is quite well located, there is a food shop nearby which is open late in the evening the pool is very small and open only till 8pm, fitness is paid (10 euros per day), transparent door in the bathroom/ WC is strange and does not give intimacy, air conditionner was not working properly |

We had a really good stay, the room was huge with a big spotless bathroom (with batth and shower in). there was a radio/CD player in the room, it was great, especially that we love music in the mornings. Good professional staff, hotel overall is very clean and quiet. The location is good if you come for business or if you want to discover Barcelona and also go for day trips outside (city centre, train stations for sitges or monserrat are within 15-20 min walk). Our room had a door which was connected with neighbouring room (?), so sometimes we could hear people next door. But you can always ask the reception to give you another room if that become an issue. |

The cleaning ladies were the people who did well. The hotel is okay but the service is very poor. The spa and the gymnasium weren't included in the price which is indeed insinuated on your site so this gives irritation. The gym had 2 devices alltogether which is too little to tell you have a gym in my opinion. |
