Its location, close to a metro station. The extra charge to use the sauna or the jacuzzi. The absence of towels in the pool area. |

Lovely clean rooms, airconditioning, facilities, location, friendly and understanding cleaning staff. Some of the reception staff were not as helpful and understanding as others. Needs more consistancy. |

Worked out really good with the family room. The breakfast was not worth the money and it was to little to choose from compared to other 4 star hotels. |

Spacious room, basic but clean; not too far from city central area yet quieter than the busy tourist strip; helpful staff; good value. |

The location of the hotel is excellent; just a short walk to the nearest metro station. It also has numerous great dinning venues nearby. The fact that there is a common computer with internet for the guests' free usage is very convenient. The soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. It is difficult to sleep in when I wanted to when I can hear other guests and the cleaning ladies in the hallway. |

The price is ressnoble I don't like the bathroom, which any one in the room see who inside it. And the door of the bathroom has stubid style which can't close and has small open space from all side of it. I still believe that location is not good with comparing hotels un the la rambla |

The location and the rooms. Our deal did not include breakfast. The price of the breakfast is too dear- it does not give value for money. |

Loved the staff, the charm of the room, the location in the very lively University barrio, the roodtop pool (useful to relax after a day of museums) and the reasonable prices for all that Internet service was very poor, I could not get WiFi in the room (was not working on my floor) and the computers in the lobby (one by floor) were extremely (extremely) slow |

Excellent restaurant Bella Napoli across the road, quiet residential area well situated for shopping and 5 minutes from Metro. Nice rooms large and comfortable beds, great shower. Breakfast realtively spartanic in terms of choice, staff not really enchanting or helpful both in reception and restaurant. Only one elevator working with no intention to repair. |

Location is quite good for young people if you do not mind walking some minutes to the nearest subway station or even to the city centre. Area is quite quiet, close to gay friendly bars Charging 10 EUR for a gym is not acceptable in a 4star hotel |

Nice and large rooms paricularly the showers.Free internet access in each floor. I did not get a room with large bed as booked and to obtain that I had to go to smoking area. The swimming pool does not deserve the name of swimming pool. |
