A very clean and spacious room. There is a bus stop for the airport near the hotel (5 min. walk). Overall, stylish and comfortable. Helpful staff at the reception. The hotel is located a few blocks off the main avenue. It can be a bit scary to walk back in the dark.

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice room with space to move around in, very nice bath tub and nice bed. Also had a nice quick elevator and nice little electric ice box in the room. Had a nice little swimming pool. It wasn't any more then $20 more then a room at Ramblas that was so small you almost needed to walk side ways to get between the wall and the bed. Much better at this hotel. The person at reception was almost always too busy. The nearest eating place, other then the crowded one in the hotel, was maybe over a mile away. And if you needed other things, it could be a long walk. Spain doesn't seem to use road signs. The hotel excersize room was locked up. Also, the internet acted up some, though it was good most of the time. I'd go back to this hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful! It was great that they have a dining facility there! The front desk was very helpful! We only wanted a room for three which the hotel did not provide so we ended up with two double rooms which put us out of our budget! No breakfast was served with the room! The location was the farthest from the areas we wanted to see! More so than all of our other hotels we stayed at on our trip!

The excellent service and the facilities for access to city and beach. Needs updating as it looks dated. The bar needs to stay open a bit late. Need a bigger terrace area.

The staff on reception were extremely helpful and obliging, willing to provide maps, suggestions where to eat, and when our travel plans changed and we wanted to stay another night, the staff suggested other similar hotels in the area tha we could try as the Acevi was fully booked. Because of pouring rain in Barcelona, we decided to eat in the Acevi restaurant. We were not very impressed with the food. 15 euros for three courses; but only the dessert was tasty. Somewhat disappointing!

The family room facility was great with excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel was quiet and clean and the whole family slept well all night. The location of the hotel was great with walking distance to all shopping and attraction areas. The buffet breakfast was too expensive and consequently we went outside for all our meals. There should be a coffee brewer or water kettle in the room. The recreation facilities should be free of charge for all guests.

Good location, nice standard, value for money. The restaurant advertised a weekend menu for 15 Euros. When we tried it on Saturday evening, we were told we had to go a la carte, at nearly double the price. This was despite the sign still being outside in the road stating "Weeekend Menu - 15 Euros".
