They changed me to another hotel cause the were overbooking. The other hotel was very nice and staff helped to manage the missituation.

They offered me free breakfast due to inconveniences of changes in my reservation. When I came to restaurant, they send me back to reception to ask for invitation. Reception was full and I had to wait untill they finish with the rest of the clients to give me the coupon for free breakfast. Why waiter cannot make a call to reception to ask them directly?

Water voices and weak isolation between rooms

Comfortable, clean and coveniently located. Staff were superb and very helpful, even to the extent of checking in online for our return flight. Breakfast selection was very good. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Quite small and only one restaurant.The pool was tiny and there was no staff there to help.

on arrival the greeting was friendly and warm.the front of house staff are your first impression so i was very pleased with the welcome.

Room a bit small.

Great location , very close to the main shopping area and many sights. Very good staff who spoke fluent english. Rooms a good size , comfortable and very clean. The breakfast has a good selection of both hot and cold food. Many good bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away.

If you are a light sleeper like me , do not book a room at the front of the hotel as there is a noisy road outside. Beds are a bit too hard.

Location is perfect (but only if you obtain street-view room). Rooms are spacious and modern. Sound-proofed windows. Check-out was very efficient and quick and all other personnel (except the situation described below) was very polite, efficient and nice. Location is convinient both for shopping and sightseeing. Parking nearby (expensive, but it's a center of Barcelona).

Lady on check-in was sensibly angry (it was my first and last experience with an unpolite person in Spain). No sound-proof between rooms at all - you hear every word of your neighbor and roommate. We found the previous guest's baby's dummy in the room. And the main problem - even though we asked for a quiet room the first room we obtained had a common wall with a lift and the second one (we asked to change the room) was with a yard view - which is the main challenge in the hotel. It faces 2 (!) school playgrounds and the noise is extreme - from 8 A.M. up to 9.30 P.M. It also faces the residential yard and terraces of residents with parties and music late at night.

Reception staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was better than expected. room was well equipped with all the necessary toiletries

routine for cleaning rooms was totally unsatisfactory- often trying to clean rooms at 5pm when guests return from their day out and want to get ready for dinner.linen or towels were only changed after two days.

Clean, nice, up to standards, correct staff, good cleaning, we had a balcony which was nice. No complaints. Free wifi, free internet computers which worked really well (for a change!). Not really cheap but recommmended.

Swiming pool/SPA area limited facilities/not too big but that was very clear from the outset so no surprises there. You will want to be in the streets of Barça anyway rather than indoors.
