I liked the situation. The room was spacious and very comfortable - and quiet. The staff were all extremely helpful. The pool and sauna area were also good and not overcrowded |

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The hotel was also well located with close access to the city centre and main attractions. The jacuzzi did not work for the entire duration of our stay in the hotel (7 nights). |

We stayed here for a city break and found the location superb & within easy reach of the beach/sights etc. Staff were very friendly & welcoming and provided an excellant level of service. We will definately being using this hotel again, on our next visit to Barcelona Our toiletries were not replenished daily initially, but by the 3rd day this had been sorte by reception. Also reception provided us with missing products eg shower gel. |

They changed me to another hotel cause the were overbooking. The other hotel was very nice and staff helped to manage the missituation. They offered me free breakfast due to inconveniences of changes in my reservation. When I came to restaurant, they send me back to reception to ask for invitation. Reception was full and I had to wait untill they finish with the rest of the clients to give me the coupon for free breakfast. Why waiter cannot make a call to reception to ask them directly? |

Nice modern hotel, extremely friendly staff. The room was small but comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The location was a little far from the action for us, we might try to stay in a different neighborhood next time. |

Comfortable, clean and coveniently located. Staff were superb and very helpful, even to the extent of checking in online for our return flight. Breakfast selection was very good. Would stay here again without hesitation. |

The nearby metro was for at least 2 lines, it was within walking distance to the Casa Batllo and tons of restaurants. The rooms were large and comfortable, and fluffy bathrobes and slippers were provided that was appreciated. The pillows and bed left something to be desired. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect for dining out, tourist activities, close to la rambla....just a wonderful place to stay. also appreciated that the staff could speak english - they even recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner one night which we really enjoyed. |
