At night, the Raval is a fantastic place to explore. You can visit the famous Marsella bar - a haunt for many artists such as Picasso. The popular and bustling areas of Plaça Sant Jaume, Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya are just 5 minutes walk from this guesthouse.
If you are scheduled to check in between 21.00 and 23.00 Monday to Saturday, and after 21.00 on Sundays, you must collect the keys from the Chic & Basic Born, located at 50 Calle Princesa.

Everything was Easy: Checking in and out, Getting in and out of the apartment. Lots of freedom, very clean and neat. Just 2 things to highlight. The shower has some plumbing problems and when showering, the water gets clogged and overflowed slightly. There was also a slight toilet smell when sleeping just next to it, closing the toilet door does help. But we still love the place, thanks!! :) |

Good location of the hotel, close to the rambla (5 min in feet). The freezer in the kitchen open all the day with juices, ham, cheese, yogurt, butter, jam There's an issue with the bathroom (room 6), when you take a shower there a water leak who come on the floor. |

In fact this is not an Hotel but an Hostal(pension) and is weak. The concept behind this hostal was created to appear futuristic, adapt to our times but in fact lacks service and most of all hygiene. Lack of hygiene, staff availability, food (there is practically no food besides some juices, milk and water). |

very good location, free access to coffee and tea available all the time, internet connection, very original design of the hotel. One of my towel was not very clean, the very very tiny size of the bathroom in the room. Everything is very nice about the hotel, I just do not understand why the bathroom are so bad ! |

The concept of a fresh, youthful, trendy ho(s)tel in the heart of Barcelona is just great. The full fridge 24/7 is a great feature and the white color everywhere also. And the staff is nice. |

The staff, Emma, was very friendly and helpful. The food corner was pretty convenient and life-saver. The noise from other rooms! You can hear almost every thing. |

Location and breakfast flexibility. Doesn't have physical separation between bedroom and toilet and shower. The wash-stand is inside the bedroom, close to the bed, and there isn't any place to keep the clothes. |

Location is very good. It's walking distance to La Rambla and Placa Catalunya. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small and the door doesn't shut properly. |

extremely expensive for the facilities you offer, very little bathroom and room. Extremely noisy it was impossible to rest at night because of the fuss and the noise. I wouldnt come again and will disaprove the hotel to all my friends. |

le confort du lit est agreable la grande chambre est asser spatieuse. bcp de vol de nouriture que nous avions mis dans le bas du frigo personel pas tres acceuillant cela depend de la personne menage fait qu'a moitie les draps n'ont jamais ete change ni les serviettes la climatisation ne marchai pas et les toilettes etaient bouchés . |

Η πολύ κεντρική του τοποθεσία και η χαριτωμενιά στους τοίχους του πρωινού. Σίγουρα τον χώρο του πρωινού! Πολύ στενό δωμάτιο και κουζίνα που δεν βολεύεσαι να καθίσεις και να φας άνετα μια φέτα ψωμί. Μην αφήσετε τίποτα μέσα στο κοινόχρηστο ψυγείο, γιατί πολύ απλά θα σας το βουτήξει κάποιος άλλος... |

Gostei de não ter hora marcada para se tomar o café, pois no local destinado tem sempre uma geladeira comunitária abastecida, uma cozinha equipada para cada um fazer seu próprio café quando e como quiser. Tem internete grátis e computador disponível para os hóspedes que não o possuirem. Muito bem localizado e perto do metrô. O quarto médio é bem pequeno, porém deu para aguentar os 4 dias que ficamos. Acho que me incomodaria se fosse para ficar por longo período. Não tem cofre nem armário, só uma arara com cabides e uma estante movel com prateleiras de tecido. |

Podemos ser sincero, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero el confort y la calidad de la recepcion son excelente para pasar una noche, o algunos dias en Barcelona. Ademas el concepto de tener que desayunar con la gente que alquila las otras habitaciones, permite a l'hotel de ser algo mas familiar y conocer a gente de otros paises de Europa. Y la diferencia con los gran hoteles es que cuando llegas al comedor la recepcionista se preocupa de lo bien estar de la gente. En fin pienso que realmente es un hotel que se puede recomendar, tanto por el precio como por la calidad del servicio. Ademas el hotel esta muy bien situado, en mas o menos 10 minutos a pie estas en la plaza catalunya, al lado de la rambla, cerca del metro, ... |

Sehr gut ist die centrale Lage. Sightseeing und Badestrand lassen sich wunderbar kombinieren. Das Hostel bietet kleine einfache aber liebevoll gesylte Räume mit 24h-Sandwich-Service, für eine Städtreise wunderbar und vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr zu empfehlen für unkomplizierte Leute. |

Tiene un concepto práctico y funcional. Su servicio de comedor es excelente y la ubicación es inmejorable, con una estación de metro y paradero de autobuses, en donde se detiene un Bus directo del aeropuerto. A unas cuadras de los lugares de mayor interés de la Ciudad Pueden y deben mejorar la limpeza. Pues el Hostal es una forma novedadosa y muy recomendable para vistar Barcelona. |
