So close to the shopping area and metro. It was very cheap when you had 6 people and the management was very helpful with letting us keep our bags at the apartment after check in. We also arrived at the apartment after mid-night and where stil able to check in very easily No outside area |

It was right next to Las Ramblas which was convenient. When we got there the internet was not working to which the assistant offered to buy a cable to fix the problem. The manager called back a few minutes later and said that they were not going to fix the problem. The washer and dryer was also not working. This was on top of the fact that the bed was not completely clean and there was dust in places showing that they never clean some places. This is after they charge you 20 euros to clean the room after every stay. |

Location, value for money, design of apartment. Very helpful staff, good communication. Wi fi did not work properly and prevented internet access for tourist information and e-mails. |

We liked the location and the proximity to key tourist destinations. We also liked the "no hassle" & easy going approach of the hotel - getting in and out. We found the guests staying there to be quiet and respectful. We always had lots of hot running water. We wish there was information about our location & destination in the apartment. Most hotels have a concierge - for information and help. Sometimes we had questions and there was nobody to ask. We were promised our sheets and towels would be changed every 4 days. We were there for 12 days and they were only changed once. |

Great location, newly renovated, exactly how it appeared in the pictures. Great value for money. The guy who waited for us in the front door was very nice. The appartment could have been more clean. Especially, the sheets, towels. |

the location was good it was adequate but expensive for what we got. it was not at all like it was advertised on the website and the pictures, didnt have all the facilities that were advertised either, we were dissapointed with the place when we got there and the service we recieved from staff. |

huge flat. We were two but we got an accomodation for 4 peole, in an all-bright ,and well furnished apartment, close to the diagonal metro station, the most strategic position in barça. Excellent. Consider 20 Euros more for the cleaning. |

Nothing - location was OK but everything very poor otherwise. Cannot recommend this appartment at all. Everything very disappointing, apartment not clean, facilities very basie, beds old and uncomfortable. Student accommodation would be a better standard. Booked a double room and given a twin (supposedly a free upgrade). Never again. |

The City Center Apartments were in a great location, just off of a major blvd with great access to the metro system. It is priced well with more room them most other hotels in Barcelona. It is on a small back street with a great cafe just down the way. This is not a hotel, but is quiet and well maintained. There is no room service or gym, but as you will be sightseeing and eating at one of the many cafe's and tapis bars in the city, you do not need either. |

Conveniance, metro is only a short walk away, very easily accessible to other areas of the City. Apartment was good value, basic but had everything required. lots of small shops and bars in the area if you don't fancy the Ramblas. Very good |

Location There is no front desk, so the check in procedure is complicated. We had to have a local shop keeper locate the owner for us. The beds are best suited to younger backs. |

location a very disappointing experience overall i would certainly not recommend these apartments, in fact they are positively dangerous. All the points or access were locked, with no means to open them, in the event of an emergency. Further more, no one available to meet and greet you, no heating in first apartment, broken and dirty utensils, lack of maintenance overall, certainly not value for money. i would rate these very low on a scale from 1 to 10 1 |
